and a generous terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi. They have beautiful
views of Sierra Nevada´s village. This option provides greater comfort
and privacy thanks to the separate spaces.

of decadent treats, as well as healthy options, from home-made pastries
and artisan cheese platters, to smoked salmon and fresh fruit. Hot
dishes are made to order.
Game and fondue feature strongly on the
lunch and dinner menus, in addition to fresh grilled fish and Caviar de
Riofrio, the first certified organic caviar in the world, which is
produced not far from the Sierra Nevada.
The Sun DeckSki-in from the slopes to The Sun Deck, Sierra Nevada's only
ski-in/ski-out
restaurant, for hot wine or a relaxing lunch. The fusion menu features
Mediterranean food, pasta and barbequed meat. Stay warm between runs
