Located on a working vineyard only a 4-minute walk from the Franschhoek Village centre, Memory Lodge offers 5 double en-suite bedrooms, flowing interiors, communal dining area, courtyards, pool and terrace with expansive vineyards to explore, a tennis court, putt and chip lawn and heli-pad.
Five double en-suite bedrooms with flowing interiors ensure privacy and
exclusivity. Rooms are equipped with a bath and shower, a minibar,
hairdryers and showcase the exquisite views of the gardens and
vineyards. A large country kitchen, communal dining area, private pool
and terrace with expansive vineyard views guarantee a comfortable and
opulent stay.
The lodge sleeps ten guests in three garden rooms and two loft rooms, all individually styled and with large en suite bathrooms. A haven for couples or solo travellers, the boutique lodge boasts a large open plan country kitchen and communal dinning area where breakfast is served daily with fresh breads and home made jam.
Food and dinning are an important element of the lodge with guests having the chance to enjoy dinning at the Chef's table, a unique experience to interact and engage with the chefs as they prepare delicious cuisine.
Within the sprawling garden, guests can relax on the sun terrace beside the private pool which boasts expansive views across the vineyard. There is also a tennis court and heli pad on the property making this the perfect indulgent weekend escape.

Driving into Franschhoek you will notice
that most of the farms still bear their original French names and are
usually complete with a spectacular Cape Dutch homestead, towering oaks
and rolling vineyards. There are a variety of cellars, from small
boutique wineries that cater for those in search of something unique, to
large cellars that offer organized tours and conducted tastings.
For a wine tour with a difference hop onto a horse and visit a few of the Vignerons de Franschhoek.

host of shops and galleries line the Main Street, providing a wonderful
choice of antiques, world class Collections of artworks and interesting
bric-a-brac to browse through. There are also speciality shops such as
book shops, a chocolate factory and a carpet maker.
