Kabru Selva is a modern and ambitious interpretation of
a tree house loft, built in the middle of the Atlantic Rainforest in
the state of Bahia.
This ultra-chic villa is a bright, tranquil
and incredibly romantic holiday retreat, created to ease and please your
senses in many delightful ways.
Accommodation
The spacious,
open-plan style delivers a one-with-nature experience throughout, where
spectacular terraces and a seamless interior-exterior layout provide a
soul-soothing connection with the balmy tropical climate. Every room
offers opulence, comfort and incredible forest views.
A large
open-air terrace stretches across the entire front of the house,
sheltered but not confined by a high ceiling roof made with traditional
Piassava palm fibre. This single-floor arboreal loft offers
breath-taking views of the Atlantic Rainforest that provide the perfect
backdrop for holistic massages using essential oils extracted from the
local flora.
Besides being the ultimate destination for a
couple's romantic hideaway, Kabru Selva also caters to the solo
adventurer, offering a rich mix of activities alongside exciting food
and cooking experiences. Framed by private yoga sessions and massages,
guests enjoy an active schedule that includes river kayaking to deserted
beaches, waterfalls and hidden beauty spots, hiking and capoeira
classes.
Rising out of the jungle to face the sunset over the
rainforest, Kabru Selva is ethically crafted from 60 year-old demolition
woods and features a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with direct
walk-in closet and ensuite open-air rainforest shower, an open area
bathroom with two further rainforest showers, private yoga deck and
private pool.

On the land
WalkingDiscover typical landscapes of this region, formed by partially cultivated valleys and untouched parts of the Atlantic Forest.
The trails will pass by small properties of traditional farming with plantations of coconut, banana, pineapple, clove, cocoa, hevea, manioc, and aromatic herbs among others. Other parts will go deeply inside the rainforest and transport you into the wild. You will certainly see a great variety of birds and if you are lucky toucans, monkeys , or a sloth.
Horsing
The resort is fortunate enough to have been granted an extremely varied terrain. This includes plains and forests, as well as stretches of coastline as far as the eye can see. This makes for fabulous hiking opportunities for those of all physical capabilities. Along the way, the awesome views and unrivalled natural splendour will be remembered long after the blisters and stiff muscles disappear.
Capoeira
Capoeira is a combination of dance and fight that mixes attack and defense moves with music. The groups of Itacaré practice Regional Capoeira and organize daily training, frequented by many children and young people, open to visitors, for courses too.

Before you even get to the beach you should be delighted. A gazebo provides a stunning view. Various shades of green, a multitude of palm trees and a bluish March, forming a table offset. A landscape of breathtaking! Is one of Itacarezinho Itacaré beaches which has better infrastructure: bars and restaurants by the sea, a resort along its length and also a refreshing waterfall in the northern end of the beach.
Snorkelling
There are few better places on earth to explore underwater life than Itacaré coastal waters and rivers. It's difficult to imagine just how rich in natural beauty these waters are until you get under the surface.
Stand-up paddle and Kayak
It's easy, fun, and everyone can do it!
For beginners or advanced people, you'll (re)discover the water, with an original point of view. No need to be a great windsurfer or surfer, SUP is for everyone!
Standing on a paddleboard gives you a higher viewpoint, increasing visibility of what is going on around you, as well as a better view of the underwater life.
Under the water
DivingPro Dive Brasil offers PADI certified dive courses for beginners as well as for advanced divers up to Divemaster. Introductory dives (baptism) and dives for certified divers as well as night dives are offered on a daily basis. Diving for kids from 8 years of age as well as snorkel classes complete our offer.
Surfing
While surfing can be a laid-back sport, it can certainly induce a fair amount of adrenalin when braving massive swells. Brazil?s coastline promises a variety of beaches, each of which is suited to a different calibre and expertise of surfer.
