Overview
Villa Hacienda de la Playa, Puerto boasts over 16,000
sq ft of pure luxury with 15 Suites (14 bedrooms with ensuite bath and a
den). There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and two casitas (little
houses) in the grounds (one with 4 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms plus
den). The magnificent villa is located right on the sandy Fatima Bay
beach in Puerto Aventuras. The Hacienda is just one hour south of
Cancun.
Hacienda de la Playa is perfect for vacations, weddings,
events, corporate retreats, yoga workshops and more! For larger groups
and events Hacienda de la Playa may be rented alongside Hacienda del Sol
and Hacienda de Colores next door.
Accommodation
From here
walk out to the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa,
here you have dining alfresco for 30 guests, comfy lounging chairs and
to the side there is also an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many
chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere.
There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Upstairs
in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites, each
suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of
the property.
From the villa you can step right onto the white
sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is
fantastic; you will see many fishes and coral, if you are lucky maybe a
turtle! Hacienda de la Playa has kayaks for guests use, hours of fun are
guaranteed.
Within the estate are two casitas (little houses),
one casita has 4 suites and the other has 3 suites and a den. On the
lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard
and table tennis?fun for the young and young at heart is guaranteed!
The
villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located
around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international
restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a
Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto
Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places
to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches,
Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving,
Hidden Worlds and much more!
