refinement of a privately owned Mexican hacienda, Villa Cortez's
interiors feature stone patterned floors, wood-beamed ceilings, fire
urns and sconce wall lights. The Villa provides expansive living space
and four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, along with an office, private
spa and fully equipped gymnasium. There is also a cinema seating 12
guests in opulent comfort.
Making panoramic use of the idyllic
location, the living room wall retracts to connect the vast interior
space to a long beachfront veranda with an infinity-edge pool,
whirlpool, fire pits, shower, day beds and lounge. Manicured gardens
adorned with Mexican fountains and redbrick barrel ceilings decorate the
entryway and private terrace.

Arrive at One&Only Palmilla via chauffeured luxury SUV. The journey to the resort take approximately 20min (17 miles) from the airport.
Daily flights into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) from most major US gataway cities. Flights from Los Angeles are 2 hours 20 minutes.
One&Only Air to Go Lunches
In preparation for the flight home, we offer a selection of 'One&Only Air to Go' lunch favourites for in-flight enjoyment. Choices range from slow-roasted pork to marinated grilled arrachera with chipotle aioli and roasted vegetables. All 'One&Only Air to Go' meals are presented in a re-usable One&Only Palmilla lunch pack with local fresh seasonal fruits, gourmet cookies and perfectly paired condiments. Menus are placed in the room two days prior to the guest's departure. Delivery will depend on the guest's time of departure and preferences ? it can either be delivered at Porte Cochere or anywhere on resort premises if the guest has already checked-out.

Concieved together with culinary master Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Seared by One&Only is the newest addition to One&Only Palmilla's culinary prowess, presenting the finest steaks and freshest seafood alongside Mexico's most comprehensive wine list.
From Wagyu A5 and Kobe certified to succulent rib eyes and tenderloins, 15 different cuts of the highest quality beef are prepared to exacting standards, rivalling the world's renowned steakhouses. The menu takes full advantage of the sea as well, with local spiny lobsters and whole red snappers grilled to perfection, and a delicious complement of chilled seafoods and Hamachi sashimi. Agua by Larbi - Seasonally inspired authentic mexican cuisine
Commanding one of the resort's most iconic seaside locations, this open and airy space is beautifully designed with an earth-to-sea theme, perfect for both indoor and al fresco dining on all-day menus of authentic Mexican specialties. Inspired by his extensive travels throughout Mexico, Moroccan-born Chef Larbi Dahrouch presents a spectacular, seasonally driven menu, with some items changing daily depending on the fresh catch and produce of the day. Interactive dining is showcased here, including fresh, hand-made tortillas, authentic moles and signature guacamole and ceviche made tableside.

Overlooking one of the resort's two free-form infinity-edge pools, enjoy an a la carte breakfast of morning favourites and fresh juices as day breaks over the Sea of Cortez.
