Offering over 9,200 square feet of living space, Villa Sun Pearl is truly elegant with a sleek, luxurious ambiance highlighted by the highest quality Italian fixtures and fittings and gorgeous white marble tiles throughout.
The proximity to the water is unique and very few west coast Barbados homes can boast such fantastic vistas from almost every room.
Of the six magnificent bedrooms, four feature en-suite bathrooms each custom designed by the Italian company Milldue with fittings by Treemme Siena Italy, including the master bedroom which also boasts its own private balcony and his-and-hers walk in closets. The two 'cottage' bedrooms on the ground floor share a lovely bathroom, also high spec Milldue with Treemme Siena Italy fittings.
This luxury Barbados villa boasts five and a half modern designed bathrooms. Four of the bathrooms are en suite while one is shared between the two ground floor bedrooms. In addition, there is also a guest or powder room.
Villa Sun Pearl has been designed around a private courtyard and pool. The pool itself using Italian glass mosaic tiles and waterfall pumps with energy efficient pumping and salt water chlorination system.

The golf course is as enjoyable as it is demanding. You?ll find a mixture of short holes, with a challenging back nine preceded by tricky greens on the front. Just be sure not to embarrass yourself, the local wildlife will be watching on if you play a bad stroke!

Whether your kids enjoy an action-packed adventure, or whether they just like to play on the beach, Villa Sun Pearl is a real tropical treat. The on-site concierge can draw up an exciting itinerary, keeping youngsters entertained with boat trips, canoeing and even swimming with dolphins.Little ones have their own private beach, and the villa can be stocked with everything they need, from their favourite juice drink to inflateables for the pool. Of course, having a private chef is ideal for families, especially when there are fussy eaters involved. You don?t have to worry about planning endless meals for the kids, because your chef has it all under control. Separate children?s teas can be served, so they can eat their favourite foods at when they are hungry.
Cots, high chairs and baby equipment can be installed for your arrival. Just let us know if you need a nanny, or if you would like the occasional babysitter whilst you go out for a romantic dinner at one of the island?s best restaurants. (full-time babysitting incurs a small extra cost).
