Casa looks out over the Atlantic, like a wildcat keeping watch. Nestled in the heart of a small palm grove on the oceanfront, the villa is a treasure trove of glass and wood, built in traditional creole style - yet with all the modern amenities. The large teak terrace and swimming pool are a perfect setting for relaxation, while the panoramic view will really help to channel your thoughts. It's the ideal villa for those of us who appreciate calmness and serenity.
Accommodation
Tucked in just below the Dévé road, a short flight of stairs or elevator
will take you to the lower level where the villa is located. It's like a
secret passage leading down to your very own hideaway - where peace and
tranquility await.
The living room and kitchen, which have
retractable windows opening onto the exterior, make up an open-plan
central living space that spills into the private garden. As if by
magic, the kitchen seems to disappear behind its white paneling design,
yet without ever losing any of its important functionalities. The large
designer table can accommodate 12 guests for a lively lunch or dinner.
The living room section opens onto both the garden and the sea beyond.
Under a wooden arch, simple yet effective office space is reserved for
more studious hours.
The villa's minimalist architecture
respects the key features of the creole home. The house looks toward the
east and the rising sun, so you can make the most of the cool morning
sunshine, and the wooden porch offers protection from the afternoon
heat.
Villa Casa Tigre has 4 bedrooms. One is located in a separate studio apartment.
