The spacious living room offers panoramic ocean views, while the formal dining area includes a waterfall feature. Of the three bedrooms, two boast ocean views, a patio terrace and ensuite bath. One garden bedroom includes a private entrance.
The large freshwater pool is flanked by an air-conditioned bar area with TV and music system. There is also an outdoor barbeque and bar, with outdoor showers. Lush landscaping and lawns complement the property?s expansive beachfront deck and fire pit.
