all the elegance of a classic West Indies plantation manor and offers
unforgettable views of pristine Grace Bay Beach. Located on the Leeward
side of Providenciales, the 9,000 square foot property has direct access
to a 600 foot stretch of white sandy beach.
Accommodation
French doors surround the home, allowing light and fresh breezes to
coast inside. Discover true comfort among the soft contemporary
furnishings, complemented by exposed beams and whit~washed wood
finishes. The immense master suite opens on two sides to the upper
veranda with stunning ocean views from the second floor bale.any.
Natural stone surfaces and custom wood cabinets make the chefs kitchen a
pleasure to create in. Catch up on your favorite shows in the media
room, equipped with a high-end home theater system.
Beautifully
landscaped gardens surround the pittoresque home. Spend tranquil days
swimming or kayaking off your 100 foot dock or basking under the island
sun from the poolside terrace. Designer deck furniture is at your
disposal, while a refreshing dip in the 50 foot pool will always hit the

formal dining room with floor to ceiling French doors all round
comfortable seats 10 persons and can be adjusted to cozily seat 4 person
for a more intimate setting. The French doors can be open to enjoy to
cool ocean breeze or closed to an air-conditioned room. There is also
outdoor dining available.
The spacious living room with French
doors look out to the ocean. The soft-toned furnishings makes an
inviting atmosphere for relaxing. There is also a generous sitting area
just outside the living room on the covered patio.
