Accommodation
VillaThe Palm blends uber contemporary European luxury with a warmth rarely seen in modern architecture. Native stonework, locally milled woodwork and cabinetry, custom ceramics, marble elements, and unique wallpaper finishes create the perfect balance between contemporary and comfort.
VillaThe Palm offers six bedrooms, including a master bedroom, three bedrooms with double beds, and a ground floor bunkroom. Included are individual central A/C units, cable TV, and rain showers in the bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with ocean view and terrace, king bed, and indoor/ outdoor shower. Three of the double-bed bedrooms are located on the upper level with ocean views and terraces. There is also a media room with huge flat screen TV.
Beautiful water features act in harmony with the tradewinds to cool the
space while the inside blends seamÂlessly with the oceanfront
surroundings. Outdoor lounging is enhanced by a native landscape palate,
sunken fireside seating, a hot tub and deck fringed with palm trees,
in-pool loungers, and beachside deck with hamÂmocks. Kayaks and
paddleboards are provided, along with pool floats, snorkeling equipment,
and bicycles.
