Villa Indrani is built in an L-shape around a walled garden courtyard that features a stunning 10-metre pool and sun deck. It has not one but two sumptuous master bedrooms. Both ooze old-style colonial romance and come with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a large dressing area and a desk space.
The three guest bedrooms on the mezzanine floor are equally comfortable and each comes with an ensuite bathroom. Their floor-to-ceiling windows provide wonderful views over the pool and the rest of the neighbourhood, but nonetheless give plenty of privacy.
The living and dining space has a minimalist mid-century retro style. Thanks to the warm wooden furnishings and tasteful lighting, it feels very cosy both day and night. It also features a gorgeous open-plan kitchen exclusively for guest use perfect if you love cooking for friends or family.

From butlers and housekeepers to security guards and a private chef, Villa Indrani has a full contingent of professional and highly trained staff who?ll be delighted to tend to your every need whether that involves sampling some of the chef's Indonesian cuisine, or sipping a chilled mojito by the pool, freshly prepared by your butler. Villa Indrani is well situated on a quiet road five minutes walk from Berawa Beach. This very popular but chilled beach sits between Seminyak and Canggu and is known for its colourful patchwork of bamboo beach bars. It attracts a friendly and relaxed surfer crowd and is a very photogenic spot for enjoying the sunset.

The villa's two sumptuous master bedrooms - one on the upper and one on the lower floor ? are mirror images of each other and exude a lovely old-style colonial feel. Both bedrooms are very spacious and feature desk and dressing areas, along with a large ensuite bathroom with a beautiful stone tub and a monsoon shower. They both have a king-size four-poster bed with a soft white canopy that doubles up as a mosquito net.

All three bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, allowing guests to fully appreciate the lovely views over the pool and the surrounding area.
Living & Dining Areas
Indoor
Accessed via a large parking area at the villa's upper level, Indrani's entrance hall can best be described as monumental: its wooden panelling and sizeable bamboo lampshades provide a great flavour of what's to come.
The villa's other communal areas are situated on the lower floor. The design of the living and dining space has been kept purposefully minimal, but its subtle furnishings and ornaments nonetheless give it plenty of character. Surrounded on three sides by floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, this space feels very bright and airy.
The living area has two very comfortable sofas, an armchair and a large TV with smart speakers. The dining area is furnished with an impressive square table seating eight people.
Within the living and dining space, the well-equipped guest kitchen comes with a Simonelli espresso machine ? one of the best coffee makers available. Simply ask one of your butlers to make you a perfect brew any time of the day. The chef, however, prepares most of the meals in a separate staff kitchen tucked discreetly away behind.
Outdoor
The 10 x 10 metre courtyard pool has a large sun deck with six loungers, as well as a small lawn area. Its whitewashed walls ensure plenty of privacy, while a stunning tree root decoration provides a unique focal point. There's also a fan-cooled outdoor dining table which seats up to ten people perfect for brunch or dinner by the pool.
On the mezzanine floor a spiral staircase gives access to the rooftop, which makes a great spot for admiring the sunset with a cocktail in hand.
Also on the ground floor is a small shrine where staff make their daily offerings. You're more than welcome to attend one of these intimate ceremonies, or indeed make an offering yourself for good luck (or good times). The staff will be delighted to tell you more about this strongly held Balinese tradition.
Villa Indrani also has a large parking area just beyond the entrance hall.

One of the highlights of staying in a private luxury villa in Bali is the personal service provided by a team of professionally trained staff. The staff at Villa Indrani will tend to your every need with the charm and friendliness for which the Balinese are so well known. Just let your villa manager know how much staff presence you're comfortable with for example, at mealtimes only, or on hand to serve iced drinks throughout the day and service can be tailored to suit your preferences.

Your villa manager, Made, knows the property and its surroundings inside out. He takes great care in making sure that guests receive top quality service. He also oversees the staff and ensures that everything runs smoothly at the villa.
Chef
The villa's skilled private chef is available to prepare all meals from the villa?s Western, Asian and vegetarian suggestion menus. He will also do his best to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements. Butlers

Location
Villa Indrani is located at the end of a quiet road very close to Berawa Beach a wide sandy expanse close to Seminyak. This side of Berawa Beach feels relatively unspoilt with its fishing huts and outriggers parked up on the sand ready to go out at night to catch fresh fish. Nearby is a beautiful natural lagoon the largest in Canggu which you can cross via a charming wooden bridge.
Before crossing the bridge, you'll walk past La Laguna one of Canggu's most photogenic and popular beach clubs. Made entirely out of driftwood, this place oozes romance and is a fantastic spot to catch the sunset.
Berawa Beach has a reputation for being an excellent surfing spot, especially for intermediate and accomplished surfers. From here, you can walk along the beach to other popular surfing spots such as Batu Bolong Beach and Echo Beach. Or you can walk fifteen minutes south along the beach to experience the glitz and glamour of Seminyak?s most popular beach clubs including W Hotel, Ku Dé Ta and Potato Head. Meanwhile, the village of Berawa has plenty of excellent coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques to choose from.

Activities
Villa Indrani's manager has plenty of information about all the places of interest in the area and can arrange transport or make bookings for you. In fact, many of the villa staff live locally and if you?re interested they will be happy to give you some interesting insights into aspects of Bali life.
Here's a quick overview of some of the many and varied activities on offer within easy reach of the villa.
- A visit to Finns Recreation Club ,just down the road from Villa Indrani , means hours of entertainment for the whole family. It has first class facilities including a restaurant, bar and lounge, a library, a kids' club and a really cool water park. Or you can visit its beach club instead, which is located further down Berawa Beach. It has a spectacular bamboo building from where you can enjoy poolside cocktails and entertainment throughout the day.
- If you enjoy eating out, you'll find some exciting and high-quality choices in the village of Berawa. For breakfast and lunch, head over to Coffee 'n Oven, which has an excellent choice of European-type pastries. Or try some organic homegrown vegetables underneath the huge tippy-tent at Parachute only a two-minute walk from the villa. For dining we can recommend Milu, which serves excellent Indonesian and western dishes in a beautiful atmospheric garden, or The Piring Daun for tasty Indian fusion cuisine.
- Children will love hanging out at the Bali Equestrian Centre, a world-class destination for riders and tourists. Its facilities have been designed to accommodate the entire family with pony rides and day camps for the little ones, lessons, family village tours and beach rides.
- Explore the scenic rice-field landscape and nearby rural villages such as Pererenan and Seseh by bicycle; a great way to get under the skin of the real Bali. Stop off at a local warung (eatery) to sample some basic Balinese fare.
- Villa Indrani is only a 45-minute drive from the famous sea temple of Tanah Lot, one of Bali?s most important temples, and also one of its most popular tourist attractions. You can expect a lot of people and camera phones if you visit during sunset, especially during peak holiday season. We advise visiting early in the morning (8-9am) when there are less people and you?ll have a much better chance to really experience the power of this sacred place.
- Play a round at the well-laid-out 18-hole Bali Beach Golf Course in Sanur or the 85-hectare New Kuta Golf Course on the Bukit Peninsula, for fantastic ocean views.
- Drive westwards to explore the charming Tabanan regency, revealing terraced rice fields of emerald green, volcanic mountains and black-sand beaches dotted with fishing communities. Or head north to explore the volcanic lakes near the mountain town of Bedugul, including Lake Bratan with its photogenic and stunningly positioned temple Pura Ulun Danu

Families
Villa holidays are a great option for families, providing plenty of private and secure space for everyone, and giving guests the freedom to choose what they want to do and when they want to do it. Not having to worry about disturbing other guests is also a plus creating a more relaxing time for parents and children tooThe wide glass doors fronting Villa Indrani?s living and dining space make it easy to keep an eye out on the pool and garden, and a pool fence can be hired on request to provide additional safety for toddlers (extra charge applies). Although the lawn in the securely walled courtyard garden is not large, it is a good area for children to play in. And you don't need to worry about packing lots of bulky children's equipment. We'd be happy to hire any items on your behalf for the duration of your stay
The kitchen is fully equipped if you?d like to prepare baby meals or anything for a fussy eater yourself, although the chef will be happy to do this for you. Just talk through your requirements and meal schedules with the villa manager or with the chef, and they?ll take care of the rest.
Villa Indrani is a convenient five-minute stroll from the beach. While the ocean swell is too heavy for swimming even for adults children can splash around more safely in the calmer water in the nearby lagoon, especially on the side closest to the beach.
Kids and teenagers will love the waterpark slides and the bouncy trampoline centre at Finns Recreation Club , which is a ten-minute walk from the villa. It also hosts the Cubby House Kids Club that offers a huge range of toys and activities to keep children entertained for hours.
The Bali Equestrian Centre also provides a great day trip for the entire family with pony rides, day camps, lessons, family village tours and beach rides.
Dining
Villa Indrani's private chef curates a menu of gastronomic treats, including home-style Asian and international dishes, and prepares daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Among the many tempting local dishes, be sure to try the rendang (beef stew) and nasi goreng (fried rice). The chef is always happy to adapt his meals and take into account additional dietary requirements.
