Kamboja master bedroom
The master suite has pride of place at Indah Manis with patio doors that fold back to enjoy an open-air terrace with splendid views. This romantic air-conditioned bedroom is named after the fragrant frangipani flower and distinguished by a bold purple décor. Under a soaring roof, the room is furnished with a canopied king-size bed that you won?t want to leave. Here, you can watch TV from the comfort of your bed, or soak under the stars in the sunken circular bathtub which awaits in your ensuite garden bathroom.
Jempiring guestroom
Named after the sweet-scented gardenia flower, the air-conditioned Jempiring room beckons its guests across a lily pond before welcoming them with a chartreuse-green theme and plenty of space. Furnished with twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed, together with two sofas that can be made up as single beds, this room is perfect for a group of up to four kids or a couple with two young children. All age groups will love the ensuite garden bathroom, which is fitted with twin washbasins and a rain shower and features a stunningly lit Balinese statue framed within a glassless window.
Alamanda guestroom and Melati annex
Alamanda is a trumpet-shaped flowering climber, and this peaches-and-cream-themed guestroom of the same name, with its king-size bed and cosy annex, is perfect for either a couple or a growing family. The orange-toned Melati (jasmine) annex serves a dual purpose as either a private sitting room or as a kids? bedroom, sleeping up to two children on the two sofas, which convert to twins or a double bed. The two rooms share a bathroom with the considerate touch of separate doors leading into each room.
Cempaka guestroom
Cempaka (also meaning Frangipani) is the only upstairs suite at the villa, and has extraordinary views from its balcony ? a lovely spot for a couple to enjoy a romantic private breakfast or sunset cocktails. In the bedroom, guests will just melt into the ambiance of the rich chocolate-accented décor, packaged in glass, teak, and coffee-coloured marble. Here, the king-size opium bed is a place to celebrate sweet and delicious joys, while the breezy ensuite bathroom, characterised by slatted walls, offers a refreshing rain shower.
Living and dining
Blessed with sea views over the treetops, the semi-open-air living and dining pavilion is the social heart of Villa Indah Manis. A place to congregate in fan-cooled comfort enhanced by fresh breezes drifting in through the room?s open front, which leads out onto the pool deck. This large pavilion, with its soaring roof, is flanked by a fish-filled lily pond and serenaded by the sound of bubbling water. A modern dining table for ten at one end serves for both formal and casual meals, while at the other end of the room guests can relax on sofas and lazy chairs. After dark, the pavilion takes on a different persona, softly lit with two impressive wrought iron chandeliers and surrounded by the mellow glow of garden lamps, its glamour is enhanced by the lights of Kuta and Seminyak, and by distant planes coming in to land.
Media room
Known as the Maharajah Room, the media room is a cosy, air-conditioned den, decorated in warm deep orange tones, harmonised with rich silk cushions. In this little snug, families can get together, sink into the comfy sofa and watch TV or choose from a wide variety of movies on the Movie Box or from a library of DVDs. Surround-sound completes the home theatre experience. An alternative option is to settle down for an evening of board games, selected from the big stack on the shelf unit; there?s even a Mah Jong set.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen is available for guest use should they desire but is predominantly the domain of the villa chef and his team.
Outdoor spaces
Apart from the beautifully landscaped gardens most of Indah Manis?s outdoor activity takes place around the main living pavilion, where sunloungers sit to one side of the pool, while a table and a thatched cabana bar dishes out the drinks and alfresco dining from the other. The lighting here at night is stupendous and is guaranteed to get the party started.
Downstairs below the pool deck are the open-sided entertainment space with billiard table and darts board, the spa and gym, and a petanque court.
Families
The family-friendly advantages of a villa holiday are many, including access to your own private facilities and the freedom to use them whenever you want. Knowing that the kids can run around happily, independently and safely, without you having to worry about other guests, is a real plus - and one that means parents are certain to have a more relaxed holiday too.
Our team of friendly staff at Villa Indah Manis will make youngsters feel as welcome as adults, they are very happy to assist with children during the daytime when parents are present, and having these willing helpers on hand will give you the flexibility to do your own exploring beyond the villa grounds (full-time babysitting incurs a small extra cost).
Although Indah Manis is a great villa for families, toddlers will need to be carefully supervised around the swimming pool and ponds. Older kids will love the petanque court, the pool table and the darts board, and if it happens to be a rainy day, don?t despair, as the villa is well equipped with children?s DVDs and numerous board games, while the entertainment area provides plenty of space for kids to play.
Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals for fussy young eaters or babies with ease, but the staff will also be very happy to do this for you ? just talk through your requirements and meal schedules with the villa manager or the cooks and they will take care of the rest. Don?t worry about packing all that cumbersome kids? equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don?t have in-house (villa facilities include a baby cot and highchair) can be hired on your behalf.

Dining
You are most welcome to take advantage of the villa's fully-equipped kitchen but, bearing in mind that you're on holiday, we invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy some delicious home-cooked meals prepared by the villa's very accomplished in-house chef and assistant cook.
The menuYou will be offered a suggestion menu to make ordering easier, and you can also chat with the chef if there are other specific dishes that your group would like to try. The kitchen staff are excellent, but we're sure you will appreciate that they do not have the capacity of a hotel or restaurant, so meals are generally served ?family style', where everyone shares dishes, as opposed to ordering individually. Food intolerances, special diets and children's meals can all be catered for, and the chef will, of course, adjust the seasoning of dishes to suit different palates. Villa Indah Manis has a barbecue on site, so we highly recommend the local seafood feast featuring the catch of the day from Jimbaran Bay. Beers, wines and spirits can be provided upon request. All beverages are charged per drink, except for wine, which is charged by the bottle.
The systemThe food and beverage service is operated on a cash basis. Staff will request a cash float/deposit when you arrive to cover all your in-villa food and drinks, and ask for top-ups every few days, or when necessary. To allow the kitchen staff time to shop and prepare, it's necessary to order in advance ? either the evening before (for special requests) or at breakfast time each day. Grocery shopping will be done by the staff at local markets, supermarkets and delis. All food and beverage provisions are charged at the cost of the ingredients plus a 20% surcharge. Receipts will be kept and presented either on a daily or end-of-stay basis, whichever you prefer.
Weddings & Events
Villa Indah Manis has been specially designed to cater for weddings, parties and celebrations. Guests can be seated on the terrace or mingle on the beautiful gardens for a Champagne reception; the open-air bar is also a suitable area for stand-up cocktails. The pool can be covered with a temporary platform to create a dance floor or a stage for a live band. The terrace and lawns are also perfect for dance performances and barbecues, which are a specialty of the villa.
We can recommend expert event organisers, florists, decorators and caterers so you can focus on relaxing and celebrating with your guests.

Gym & Spa
GymA small gym is located downstairs beneath the swimming pool and is equipped with an exercise bike, a step trainer, dumbbells and a full length wall mirror. The room is air-conditioned so you can cross train to your heart's content. Alternatively, for a gentler form of exercise, you can do some yoga stretches. In-villa private yoga sessions can also be arranged ? please speak with the villa manager.
Spa
The spa is equipped with two massage beds, a back and shoulder massage chair (guests are offered a complimentary 30-minute back and shoulder massage [for four people] upon arrival), a chair and washbasin designed for the Indonesian 'creambath' - a special treatment for the hair, a jacuzzi, a bathtub, toilet and shower. Deluxe treatments can be carried out by fully trained therapists from a reputable local spa (extra charges will apply). Here?s a sample of what's on the menu:
Balinese massageRelease built up tension with a traditional Balinese massage. Using a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and energy around your body you will feel totally relaxed in no time.
Foot reflexologyFoot reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes tension is relieved and circulation improved leaving you feeling balanced.
Body scrubA full body scrub will exfoliate and hydrate your skin leaving it soft and smooth. A rejuvenating scrub combines an abrasive material such as salt, coffee, rice bran or pecan hulls with essential oils to remove any impurities and make your skin glow.
Manicure/PedicureOur hands and feet work hard for us every day but rarely get the attention they deserve. Treat them to a manicure or pedicure, which usually comes with the added bonus of a quick hand or foot massage.
