With an ultimate location, the resort lies proudly in a spectacular sea view development less than 10 minutes from Samui's Airport and only 15 minutes from the main tourist center of Chaweng Beach. Accommodation
Bunma combines striking architectural features, exceptional furnishings and natural materials to create an enchanting lux-ury escape with stunning sea views from every room. Entering the house through the stylish wooden gate, a large covered driveway connects via steps to the grand living pavillion, with its shingle roof adding a sense of tropical elegance.
An eye-catching wooden dining table sits in the centre of the room, served by a sophisticated kitchen with an island breakfast bar and brand name, fitted appliances. The kitchen not only looks great with its wooden units, chrome fittings and marble surfaces, but it is also well designed to include every-thing guests may need during their stay. It even features a built-in wine cooler for chilled refreshments day and night.
On the opposite side of the dining table, the villa's spacious lounge area boasts a huge, flat screen TV mounted on a cabinet with plush sofas and chairs poised for visual repose. Contemporary ornaments and artworks add a sophisticated ambience to the interior, while outside, a covered balcony runs along the entire length of the pavillion, guarded by an invisible glass barrier and overlooking the villa's tropical garden and generous infinity pool. All-weather chairs add a final touch, offering the perfect place to relax with a book, take in the ocean views or sip a cocktail at sunset.
Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the villa's lower level where three attractive and comfortable bedrooms look out across the garden, pool and views. A covered walkway runs along the front of these rooms giving each one its own outdoor terrace and all three bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and appealing en-suite rain shower rooms. All three rooms have double king size beds, making this an ideal villa for families or groups. In each bedroom, the furniture is of the highest quality, with stylish modern accessories and AV equip-ment making them far more than just a place to sleep.
In front of the bedrooms, a lawn and garden extends to the wide pool terrace. To one side of the pool, sunken stools are served by a swim up bar that is incorporated into a covered sala or gazebo, which also houses a dining table and cushioned bench seats, the ideal place to gather and relax day or night. On the other side of the pool, one of the villa's two master suites offer an experience to remember. A vaulted wooden ceiling with glass at the front and back creates an airy, light at-mosphere with doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and drawing in the spectacular views. A separate dressing area be-hind the kind sized bed leads into an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a rain shower and an indulgent terrazzo bathtub with windows looking directly out to the ocean beyond.
Steps at the rear of the lower master suite lead back up to the lounge area and from the steps, a door leads into the second upper floor master bedroom that mirrors the one below. Dramatic views and luxurious interiors create an atmosphere of cosseted privilege for those lucky enough to stay in one of these fine suites.
Bunma offers complete quality and unrivalled luxury in a truly dramatic island setting. The finish, the furniture and the layout are all perfectly planned to make staying here a practical and enjoyable experience. The house also boasts a warm and comfortable atmosphere that immediately makes guests feel at home. A full team team of dedicated staff is on hand to cater to guests needs, including a full time chef who prepares delicious meals to order and an experienced villa manager to answer special requests and assist with bookings and travel arrangements.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Bunma's two master bedrooms are situated one above the other in a stand-alone pavilion. The upper master boasts a vaulted ceiling and private balcony, while the lower room opens onto the 20m pool. Flanking the pool are plenty of umbrella-shaded sun loungers and the dining/barbecue sala and swim-up bar. A further three bedrooms are set slightly further back, below the living area, overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
All five bedrooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished, and come with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. All offer seating areas, a mini bar (with complimentary soft drinks and beer topped up daily), as well as satellite TVs and DVD players. The master suites, which are slightly larger than the guest rooms, boast not only rain showers, but also large, terrazzo bathtubs.

From help with errands, arranging tours and transfers, restaurant reservations and special event planning to gift suggestions, our concierge staff is always prepared to assist you day and night.

In charge of the market shopping and preparation of guest meals. They are highly proficient in cooking a wide selection of Thai and western meals.

Location
Villa Bunma is situated in Bo Phut Hills. The villa command spectacular views over Bo Phut, Big Buddha (Bang Rak) and Chaweng bays, as well as making the most of their stunning jungle and coconut grove surroundings.
Encircled by natural vegetation, the villa guarantee total privacy, yet only 2.5km down the hill is lively Bo Phut Fisherman's Village where you'll find shops, ATMs and plenty of restaurants, ranging from Thai and Western, to Japanese, Spanish and Mexican. Do visit the walking street market here on a Friday evening ? as well as great street food and cocktails, there are stands selling everything from clothing to handmade décor items, and plenty of live entertainment too. The market dies down by about 11pm, but if you want to keep on partying the bustling nightlife of Chaweng is only 6km away.

About Bo Phut
The quaint village of Bo Phut is something of a contrast to neighbouring Chaweng, which is Koh Samui's main tourist centre. Bo Phut is much smaller than Chaweng, a picturesque seaside village and beach with a laid back, almost Mediterranean atmosphere focused around a narrow, one-way street lined with a good mix of restaurants and bars, many housed in traditional wooden buildings. The original fishing village has expanded to the point that it can no longer be called sleepy and the jetty is a popular starting point for speedboat trips to outer islands including Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Ang Thong National Marine Park. Just past the village, Bo Phut bay stretches north and is fringed with palm-fronted, upscale boutique resorts. Bo Phut district actually covers a relatively large part of Koh Samui, stretching from the main west coast tourist centre of Chaweng to Mae Nam beach in the north. In the last few years, the hills behind the original village have become the location of choice for a number of new high-end residential developments. Large luxury villas are scattered amongst the palm plantations and the main road that serves them is now lined with all kinds of commercial suppliers, furniture outlets and convenience stores.

Bunma villa has an extensive reasonably priced menu of home-style Thai, Asian and international dishes that cater to all tastes, as well as vegetarian options, children's favourites and light snacks. There's also a choice of Thai set dinners, and barbecue menus and an excellent drinks menu. The experienced chef is happy to tailor meals to accommodate any special dietary requirements. He will also prepare off-menu items, shopping for groceries, keeping the receipts.Complimentary breakfast is available daily, and tea, coffee and water are available on a complimentary basis through the day.

Villa Bunma with flowing spaces in and around the villa makes for an ideal location for small events, weddings and many other special occasions. As well as sleeping 12, the villa and grounds comfortably hold 20-50 people.The villa provides an idyllic, sumptuous yet intimate location for any event.
