Golf
Koh Samui offers one 18-hole course and two 9-hole courses designed to challenge golfers of all levels.

• Santiburi Samui Country Club is a unique and memorable golfing experience, truly one of the most beautiful courses in the region and recently voted as the one of the top five golf courses in Thailand.
• Bophut Hills Golf Club  nestling within the tranquil mountains and rainforests of Koh Samui, Bophut Hills Golf Club is the island's only championship quality "Pitch and Putt" 9-hole, par 3 course.
• Royal Samui Golf Course and Country Club  built on the mountainside of Lamai, the 9 hole course offers spectacular views of Lamai, Chaweng and the surrounding islands.

Tennis
On Samujana, one tennis court invite to play.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai is held here every Saturday evening from 9pm and is free to watch but you must buy a drink from one of the bars to sit. The Chaweng Stadium and Petchbuncha Samui Stadium are the main stadiums on Koh Samui. Fights are several times a week and boast champions and amateurs from around the globe. If you'd like to take part or hire a personal trainer to come and teach you Muay Thai please speak to your Guest Experience Manager who?d be delighted to arrange this for you.

Walking Street
Walking streets take place in several areas in Koh Samui, on certain days and are essentially colourful markets selling everything from street food & drinks to arts & crafts, clothing and souvenirs.

Temples
Koh Samui has many temples that are worth visiting. Plai Laem is in the north of the island and is considered to be the most decorative temple. It features many large and colourful statues representing various gods and a lake where you can feed the fish. Please go ahead and ask your Villa Attendants for their recommendations.

ATV Adventures
The best way to see the jungle for folks who don?t fancy trekking on foot is to drive an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) in the jungle. Hours of fun to be had driving through mud and forestland with the reward of some of the most spectacular views on Samui otherwise inaccessible to most visitors.

Cooking Classes
Available for all ages and all levels of expertise, you can become a master at creating authentic world-class Thai food in the comfort of your villa.

Beach
You will be spoiled for choice of beaches... The most popular being Chaweng and Lamai on the east coast of the island. Bo Phut is now rapidly turning into upscale destination, and has some of the finest accommodations on the island.

• Bo Phut Beach

Pretty view of Koh Phangan. This place offers delicious tranquility. The reefs flush and sometimes muddy bottom make it less suitable for swimming Big Buddha beach. Not far from Chaweng, long sandy beach borders a very clear sea. It allows them to relax yet close the festivities.

• Chaweng Beach

To the east of the island, is the most famous and lively beach of Koh Samui. Its turquoise water, its coral reefs and white sand extending over 7km, will delight lovers of the ocean. You can also easily get a massage, braid hair, perfect care of your body while enjoying the beach. In winter, the sea is rougher and deeper, and it will be the right time to play with the waves. In summer, calmer and shallower, it will allow you to be asleep on an inflatable mattress

• Choeng Mon Beach

Beautiful little white sandy beach located northeast of the island. Here, tourists are still few which will delight lovers of tranquility.

Snorkelling
Koh Samui beaches are not renowned for offering outstanding snorkelling opportunities, but a few spots around the island offer decent underwater landscapes filled with tropical marine life. Most of these interesting skin diving sites are located in small or hidden coves, so getting to them to enjoy a swim in an aquarium-like environment is something of an exciting soft-adventurous journey off the beaten track.

Stand-up paddle
It's easy, fun, and everyone can do it!
For beginners or advanced people, you'll (re)discover the water, with an original point of view. No need to be a great windsurfer or surfer, SUP is for everyone!
Standing on a paddleboard gives you a higher viewpoint, increasing visibility of what is going on around you, as well as a better view of the underwater life.
You can rent a paddleboard and keep at your own place, we organise the delivery..

Wind surfing
Of all the water-based board sports, wind surfing, which harnesses the power of the wind to push you across the water, is surely one of the most exhilarating and most physically demanding.

Kitesurfing
Imagine how great it would be just doing nothing but enjoying the waves and the wind, kiteboarding or kitesurfing in Samui. The good news is there are a few good kiteboarding schools conveniently located on the island, so why not give it a try to see if this thrilling sport is really for you? Most schools have been on the island for over a decade and have high-standard equipment. And it's good to know that safety is their primary concern.

Jet-skiing
Jet skis can be rented on many beaches of the island's.

Fishing
If you enjoy adventure, you'll love Big Game Fishing. With an experienced captain and crew, this tour will take you to the richest waters around Samui to where the big underwater game is. Live bait, great atmosphere, on-board lunch and excitement guaranteed.

Under the water

Diving
Diving in Koh Samui is yet another reason to visit this tropical wonderland! With clear blue waters, warm waters and amazing marine life, it's no surprise that the area is an extremely popular destination for both experienced divers and those wanting to take up the sport.

Children

Children are well catered for at this villa Samran with swimming pool. They'll also enjoy having access to the beach, with lots of opportunities for water sports for older kids, too.

Your chef will be happy to cook a children's supper for the younger ones in the group should they wish to eat a bit earlier too.

The villa staff are experienced in arranging all aspects of childcare for guests. Whether your children require daily childcare, or just an evening of babysitting when you go out, professional nannies can be arranged.

We work with Thailand's leading training centre for Nannies, which was established in 1997 and is certified by the Royal Thai Ministry of Education. All Nannies undergo 420 hours of intensive training and are bilingual in Thai and English. Please contact your Guest Experience Manager to arrange.

Dining

Why leave your villa when you may enjoy the culinary expertise of a private chef to create delicious meals in your very own villa kitchen?

Your villa is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family and what better social gathering than a BBQ' You can choose to either book our private Thai chefs or you can grill yourself.

Grill For Us is available from 12pm to 10pm daily and we require 24 hours' notice to arrange. Menus are priced on a per-person basis but we do require a minimum of 4 guests. All prices are subject to tax and service charge.

Feel like a body scrub or massage? Just ask our staff to bring the spa to you! We can recommend deluxe treatments carried out in the privacy of your own villa Samran.
