Chao is perfect for entertaining and dining at home, alfresco or indoors. The first building, upon entry at the upper-level, houses the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable Living Room, with a flatscreen TV.

This space can be opened up for cool sea breezes or closed for air-conditioning as per guests' desires. Outside is a Thai-style dining sala (a roofed structure with no walls), where guests can dine, or simply relax and enjoy the spectacular view of a hill full of lush foliage meeting the tropical ocean at the shore.

The view of course changes with light throughout the day. After sunset with few visible neighbors to the villa, the stars shine that much more brightly.

One level below, accessed by a staircase, guests find the Family room, with much of the villas entertainment activities, which opens onto a sun terrace and an incredible view.

Here is where the infinity pool and large covered area for lounging are located, and it too makes for an ideal spot to host a BBQ, or to play a match on the ping pong table which is always ready to be setup by the villa staff.

Away from the throngs of tourists who flock to the good life in Phuket, Chao sits on a quiet hillside, in the area known as Millionaire Mile, a haven for luxury villas and seclusion in Kamala, Phuket.
Set within a gated compound, the luxurious Waterfall Cove Estate, bordered by natural jungle on both sides and above a expansive rocky bay, the peaceful view is purely of nature: ocean, trees and cliffs.

Yet, in a matter of 10 minutes' drive to Kamala Beach, guests will find shopping, restaurants, a lovely swimming beach, and some of the most vibrant beach clubs on the island, including HQ beach lounge and Café Del Mar.
A little further to the north, and guests arrive at Bangtao and Surin Beach, for swimming, fresh seafood and surfing. Onto the Laguna area, notable restaurants include Bampot and Siam Supper Club.

Driving 20 minutes south of Chao , Patong is one of the move lively and raucous tourist destinations of Phuket. In Patong, there are some high-end restaurants, such as Acqua, as well as shopping, outdoor markets, shows, nightclubs and local bars.
The international airport is normally just a 40 to 50-minute drive away, getting to and from Baan Banyan is an uncomplicated process though it is strongly recommend owing to the not particularly logical local method for numbering and naming of streets in Phuket that villa transportation be used to arrive to the villa, at least for the first time.

Phuket has a myriad of activity options for those who prefer to venture out. Sea activities include island hopping day trips, scuba diving and snorkelling, yachting and fishing. On-island there are Water Parks, Go-kart racing, Zip-lining, Golf Courses, cooking classes, shopping and wonderful restaurants and beach clubs to explore.
