One of the things that makes the property unique is how private and secluded it is. At night there is only one set of lights on a distant hill about half a kilometer away to the southeast.
The beautifully appointed property is the perfect blend of contemporary elegance with a distinctly Asian feel. From the infinity pool stretching to the horizon, the rugged coastline and the tropical jungle, all around is natural serenity and uncompromised privacy.
With direct ocean access to a coral reef in the cove in front of the villa, the idyllic Andaman Sea becomes your own private playground.
The full-service Villa Saan ensures that you will experience the ultimate leisure experience. On-site amenities include a day spa, a full-time house chef, wet-bar & pool table, and numerous service staff. If you such desire, there will be simply no need for you to leave the villa for the duration of your stay. Everything will be taken care of by the dedicated service team. For those who wish to make the most of the paradise that is Phuket, the famous Kamala Beach is a short ten minutes' drive from the compound. There you will find a long, curved sand beach which is great for swimming and is also the home of some of the island's newest beach clubs.

Families
For infants, baby cots, high chairs and car seats are available on request.Saan has as part of its design brief to attempt to be as children friendly and safe as possible. The infinity-edge pool has a safety ledge beneath the edge of the pool. All decks have a tempered glass boundary for protection without impeding the magnificent views.
Saan is a perfect choice for families. With so many activities available, children of all ages and tastes will never get bored. For the outdoor and adventurous, the ocean provides limitless opportunities for exploration, either in or around it.
What's more the
entertainment room with its pool table and movies is always open for
fun. Reading books and other quiet activities can take place in the
beautiful library facility or the many other living and bedroom spaces.
Trips can also be organised to the various tourist sites that are on the
island.
Dining
Saan is designed to be a home away from home and that extends down to the food systems. The villa features a top-grade kitchen with quality commercial equipment and a skilled cooking team headed by a local chef.
All items for food and drink for the occupants of the villa are charged at cost plus 20%. Guests can order from the villa menu or give specific requests on meals and purchases. The staff will purchase from local stores and markets, selecting fresh fish and imported meats along with tasty baked goods. Exotic local fruits compliment every taste.
Guests are encouraged to order their meals in a family style method (many shared dishes for the table) and all allergies and cultural food needs will be accommodated.
Gymnasium
The ocean view gym is well equipped with punching bag, TRX, top multi-function weights-machine, free weights, yoga mats, kettlebells, bench press, rowing machine, a treadmill, and a rowing machine.A private gym ensures that time spent at the villa does not necessarily mean time away from your exercise regime. This is a comprehensive facility providing something for everyone.
A punching bag (professionally filled with cloth instead of sand) and hung TRX suspension trainer will attend to any functional training requirements, while a top of the range multi-function weights machine is positioned in the corner to strengthen muscles. Free weights, kettlebells, Swiss balls and Yoga mats complete this offering.
Spa
The villa has dedicated spa with 2 massage tables and 4 massage chairs.For those days when you require some extra pampering, then the in-house Spa services are there for you.
Complete with two massage tables and four massage chairs, a variety of therapeutic, relaxing and beauty treatments are available. Relax and rejuvenate without the need to even leave the confines of the villa.
The spa also features a bathroom, along with bath and walk in rain-head shower to facilitate your comfort during a variety of treatments.
