he splashy kitchen's state-of-the art equipment make it a dream for entertaining, though it's difficult to imagine anyone would tire of the chef's dishes, which he prepares in the staff's quarters.

Downstairs is the sleek white media room, equipped with a movie projector, audio equipment and four leather lounge chairs. Four funky green-tiled chairs and a hanging acrylic 'bubble' chair offer additional seating.

Wassana Villa has an extensive reasonably priced menu of home-style Thai, Asian and international dishes that cater to all tastes, as well as vegetarian options, children's favourites and light snacks. There's also a choice of Thai set dinners, and barbecue menus and an excellent drinks menu. The experienced chef is happy to tailor meals to accommodate any special dietary requirements. He will also prepare off-menu items, shopping for groceries, keeping the receipts.Complimentary breakfast is available daily, and tea, coffee and water are available on a complimentary basis through the day.
