Nestling on the side of the piste in the exclusive enclave of Oberlech this ski-in and ski-out private residence is one of Lech's most prestigious luxury properties available to rent.

Immerse yourself in one of the finest living experiences in Lech. This incredible chalet sleeps 10 adults and 4 children over four fabulous floors in a collection of sumptuous suites and bedrooms. To relax indulge yourself in L'Or Blanc's private spa and wellness area or entertain in the private bar and games room.

L'Or Blanc is a stunning piste side retreat commanding panoramic views across the mountains in the distance. Sleeping 10 adults and four children over four floors this fabulous property provides you with every luxury and comfort you could wish for.

Accommodation

Boasting a spacious master suite, two family suites, and a further two double bedrooms (all en-suite) the chalet sleeps a total of ten adults and four children. The chalet's sumptuous relaxation area and spa is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, Hammam, fitness area, massage room, snooker room, bar, library, and a cinema.

You enter the chalet on the ground floor into the hallway where the warmth from the open fireplace is truly welcoming. There are two family suites and a further double bedroom also located on this floor. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have the latest audio visual equipment.

The first of the family suites has a double bedroom and a separate children?s room with two sets of bunks sleeping four children. This suite has a large bathroom with shower and bath. The second family suite has a double bedroom and a children's bunk in the alcove, where the top bunk bed can be folded away to make a seating area. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and the outdoor hot tub. The additional double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet is also located on this floor and the garage is accessed from this level.

The large outdoor hot tub is perfectly positioned on the extensive terrace, right on the edge of the piste, and has uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.
Making your way downstairs to the lower ground floor, you will find the ski room, wine cave as well the spa and entertainment areas. The staircase opens into the large bar area with full size snooker table, TV and snug area. The extensive bar overlooks the whole floor creating the perfect setting to relax and socialise in.

The wonderful sauna, hammam and massage area is also located on this floor as well as the well-equipped gym. There is also a private staff office (note that staff live out).

The top floor of the chalet has been transformed the main master suite and a further en-suite double bedroom. The master suite boasts its own living area and dressing room, private balcony as well as a beautiful bathroom with roll-top bath and a separate shower. The views from this suite are spectacular. Also on this floor is a further double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom.

Living & Dining Areas

The first floor of the chalet is given over entirely to the grand living and dining areas. During the day light floods in through the floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the extensive terrace. In the evening, the roaring fire and sensitive lighting creates a wonderful ambience.

The main living area is adorned with beautiful fabrics and furnishings. A large fireplace separates the living and dining area with the sophisticated dining room sitting up to 16 people. It is the ultimate space to entertain guests who can choose from a selection of fine wines from the chalets own cellar.

The well-equipped professional kitchen can either be left open to the dining room or closed off by sliding doors to ensure maximum privacy.

Chalet L'Or Blanc staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Manager
Your chalet manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.

Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

Housekeeping Staff
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet. There are luxury toiletries in all of the bathrooms as well as robes & slippers.

Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the spa look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

Private Chef
A highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, afternoon treats and superb evening meals. The chef will work closely with you or your staff to tailor the menus perfectly for your stay. Anything is possible from a 7 course taster menu through to simple healthy meals. Food and wine are charged separately.

Driver Service
A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle (VW Caravelles or similar) operating from 8h30 am until 2 p.m. Please note that the driver service is within the resort only.

L'Or Blanc is perched on the mountainside in the exclusive enclave of Oberlech. Whilst remaining close to the glamorous restaurants, bars and shopping in the centre of Lech, L'Or Blanc is ski in/ski out and it's elevated position ensure breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

The centre of Oberlech is a short stroll from the chalet. The centre of Lech village and all of its amenities are merely a three minute drive from the property. The property is ski in/ski out above the Schlosskopf lift.

And the Arlberg summer, with its inexhaustible range of hiking and mountain trails, offers unimagined possibilities for hikers, mountain bikers and other fans of high altitude sport. The chalet hosts can arrange exciting husky rides, or ice-karting, as well as private ski or snowboarding lessons. You'll have the use of your own sledges too, for fun and games in the snow. They are also an excellent way to tow little ones around town!

Once in the great outdoors, they will love the vast array of child-friendly activities on offer in Lech.

The Chalet L'Or Blanc staff are experienced in arranging all aspects of childcare for guests. Whether your children require daily childcare, or just an evening of babysitting when you go out, professional English-speaking nannies can be arranged.

Your chef will be happy to cook a children's supper for the younger ones in the group should they wish to eat a bit earlier too.
