Overview

Chalet Mont GelÃ© is located just a 10-minute walk to the centre of charming Lech, and only a few minutes' walk from the nearest ski lift.

Accommodation

Every detail of this beautiful chalet, set over two floors, has been carefully considered. The design marries traditional alpine materials and craftsmanship with modern design and furnishings to create the ideal alpine apartment for families or groups of friends.

Entering the chalet through its main entrance you will find yourself on the top floor, home to the apartment's spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining room. The double height ceilings and large windows draw you in and lead you to the chalet's terrace where you can take in the impressive views of the village and snowy mountains and forests beyond. The focal point of the living area is the open fireplace, a modern take on a traditional Austrian stubel.

Also on this floor is the first of four bedrooms. This large twin/double bedroom unites lavish fabrics and aged alpine wood, forming a space that is both stylish and relaxing. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower that is decorated with sleek slate and traditional-aged wood and this combination is replicated in all the bathrooms.Taking the stairs down one level, you will find the main bedroom floor.

The first of the three bedrooms is the impressive master bedroom, classicly decorated in natural green tones and soft, luxourious fabrics. This bedroom is an absolute sanctuary, wonderfully spacious with a reading area that includes an elegant armchair and ottoman, a desk area, a TV, large paned doors accessing the terrance and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a sauna. The further two spacious bedrooms are both twin/double rooms and the same care and attention to detail has been taken with their design and decoration. One has a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and the other has an en-suite shower room. Both have desks, TVs and terrace access.

The chalet also has access to a luxurious shared swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and spa, shared with four other properties in the development.

The living space is complimented by the atmospheric lighting and the plush fabrics, which draw on a muted colour palette that is sophisticated and sumptuous.

The striking pendant lighting over the dining table creates a warm and glamorous feel, with the table comfortably seating eight people, ideal for long dinners with family or friends. The bright open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. It is a wonderful, well-equipped space.

Chalet Mont GelÃ© staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Manager
Your chalet manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.

Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

Housekeeping Staff
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet. There are luxury toiletries in all of the bathrooms as well as robes & slippers.

Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the spa look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

Private Chef
A highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, afternoon treats and superb evening meals. The chef will work closely with you or your staff to tailor the menus perfectly for your stay. Anything is possible from a 7 course taster menu through to simple healthy meals. Food and wine are charged separately.

Shared in-resort driving service from 8.30am to 1am (provided in a VW Caravelle or similar).

Location

L'Or Blanc is perched on the mountainside in the exclusive enclave of Oberlech. Whilst remaining close to the glamorous restaurants, bars and shopping in the centre of Lech, L'Or Blanc is ski in/ski out and it's elevated position ensure breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

The centre of Oberlech is a short stroll from the chalet. The centre of Lech village and all of its amenities are merely a three minute drive from the property. The property is ski in/ski out above the Schlosskopf lift.

The extensive Arlberg skiing region makes a visit during the winter, when snow is absolutely guaranteed, a real spectacle - with Chalet L'Or Blanc as the perfect base. And the Arlberg summer, with its inexhaustible range of hiking and mountain trails, offers unimagined possibilities for hikers, mountain bikers and other fans of high altitude sport. One can see that Arlberg is an excellent place to stay - above all as a guest in Chalet L'Or Blanc.

The chalet hosts can arrange exciting husky rides, or ice-karting, as well as private ski or snowboarding lessons. You'll have the use of your own sledges too, for fun and games in the snow. They are also an excellent way to tow little ones around town!

Once in the great outdoors, they will love the vast array of child-friendly activities on offer in Lech.

The Chalet Mont GelÃ© staff are experienced in arranging all aspects of childcare for guests. Whether your children require daily childcare, or just an evening of babysitting when you go out, professional English-speaking nannies can be arranged.

Your chef will be happy to cook a children's supper for the younger ones in the group should they wish to eat a bit earlier too.
