Overview

An outstanding new addition to our St. Anton portfolio, the pristine chalet La Datcha is rival to some of the most luxurious chalets in the Austrian ski resort. The main piste leading into St. Anton, dotted with some of the resort's most loved restaurants and bars, is only a few minutes from the chalet, meaning advanced skiers can ski in to within 150 metres of the chalet and to ski out, it is only a short stroll to the piste.

Accommodation

With the capacity to sleep up to 12 people in six luxurious bedrooms and boasting mountain views, this contemporary ski-in chalet will be the ideal solution for family groups or a group of friends looking to optimise on skiing and relaxation. The main piste leading into St. Anton, dotted with some of the resort's most loved restaurants and bars, is only a few minutes from the chalet, meaning advanced skiers can ski in to within 150 metres of the chalet and to ski out, it is only a short stroll to the piste.

The top floor of the chalet is dedicated to the modern living space. An open living, dining and kitchen area provides a wonderful space for groups to gather. Rich textured fabrics and soothing neutral tones create a space that is both simple and elegant. During the day, the room is warmed with natural light spilling through floor to ceiling windows and by night, a contemporary open wood fireplace adds the cosy factor. The large dining table seats up to 12 people. From the sofa, drink in fantastic views through French windows that lead out to a south-facing balcony. On the other side of the room, doors open onto an extensive terrace which receives the morning sunshine. Luxurious outdoor furniture make this the spot for morning coffee and planning of the day?s skiing as you look towards the resort. The living area also has Smart TV.

Taking the stairs one flight down, you will find yourself on the main sleeping floor of the chalet. First on your right is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom can also be configured as a twin room. It has access to the spacious south-facing terrace, which it shares with the master en-suite adjacent. On the terrace you will find two warm baths, comfortably seating one person each, the ideal spot to revive tired limbs. The sumptuous master bedroom has a wonderfully spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as desk and chair, providing a tranquil space in which to relax or work. There are two further double/twin bedrooms on this floor which share a separate shower room and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms enjoys its own balcony with alpine views of the majestic peaks in the distance.
 
There are two more bedrooms which are located on the ground floor. One of these is a bunk room, which sleeps two people, and has an en-suite shower room. Next door to this room is a spacious double/twin bedroom which also enjoys an en-suite shower room. Also located on this floor is a professional kitchen which is where all food will be prepared by our excellent team. Additionally, you will find the ski room with boot warmers, an additional room for storage, a guest WC and a wonderful sauna where tired muscles can retreat at days? end.

Chalet La Datcha staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Manager
Your chalet manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.

Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

Housekeeping Staff
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet. There are luxury toiletries in all of the bathrooms as well as robes & slippers.

Private Chef
A highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, afternoon treats and superb evening meals. Our chefs will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay, be it a seven course evening meal or something simple and healthy (Wines, champagnes and premium spirits charged separately).

Location

For ski enthusiasts, the location is idyllic as the ski run home takes you to just across the road from the apartment and the St. Christophbahn lift is just 1 minute walk to Zammermoos. You can reach the top of Valluga, which is the highest point of the Arlberg ski region, faster from St. Christoph than any of the other resorts in the Alberg.

It does not all have to be about skiing in St. Anton

If you do not ski or fancy a break from the slopes there is so much more to do in St. Anton. Snowshoeing, paragliding, ice-climbing or tobogganing trips can be organised to satisfy the adrenaline junkies among you. The state of the art indoor sports centre arl.rock, offers a combination of indoor and outdoor climbing routes in an area of almost 1,000m2 including boulder, lead, fixed-rope, and ice-climbing, as well as the new climbing trend of dry-tooling. The centre also boasts a four-lane bowling alley, indoor tennis, table tennis and squash courts.

Spa and fitness
For those looking for something less physical, the wellness centre in St. Anton gives you the perfect excuse to have a relaxing massage or to spend the day sunbathing and swimming in one of their outdoor pools.

Further afield
Innsbruck is just over an hour away from St. Anton, the capital of the Tyrol region. This beautiful city is renowned for its imperial and modern architecture. Traditional colourful buildings line the main streets and squares and the city are surrounded by majestic snow-capped mountains.

Mountain guiding
When you ski in St. Anton you will enjoy some of the very best off-piste skiing in the world and it is also the home to a number of excellent guides. We have worked with St. Anton Classic for the last four years and can highly recommend their guiding service however we can tailor the service and guide to each individual?s needs.

Heli-Skiing
The Arlberg region is the only region in Austria where heli-skiing is available. We can book you the most thrilling and spectacular day high up above the luxury chalets in St. Anton.

Ski Instruction
