The villa is
one of the most luxurious front-line beach residences on the Dubrovnik
Riviera. It was built to exceptional standards and in ultra-contemporary
design, preserving the style and charm created by the original
architect and incorporating all the comforts of modern living. The main
building features a wide living room with a spacious dining area, a
professional kitchen, and five double bedrooms with bathroom facilities.
The
dependence with private access offers a living area including dining
space and kitchen, a double bedroom and private bathroom.
Combining
the highest standard of comfort and luxury, Villa Ivanka provides
elegant Italian designer furnishing and modern amenities, including
central air-condition hot and cold, state-of the-art entertainment
systems, satellite TV in multiple languages, wireless Internet access,
an emergency power generator, and a sophisticated alarm system with
video surveillance located around the property.
For relaxation there are excellent sport facilities, a spa room with sauna and steam room.
A
private wine cellar with large collection of famous wines can be used
on request to the owner. Villa Ivanka has direct access to the sea and
rocky beach. The nearest pebble beach Sveti Jakov is 300m away from
villa and Banje beach with summer bar and restaurant 800m away.
The
outside area boasts a beautiful pool, with stunning views of the
crystalline sea and mega yachts anchoring in front of the old town of
Dubrovnik. Also at this level is a large pergola, which allows the
option of shade or cover for al fresco dining with panoramic views.
The
8000 square meters land of Villa Ivanka has been professionally
landscaped with completely private terraced gardens featuring centuries
old silver olive groves, a riot of radiant bougainvillea, lavender,
pinewood and swaying palm trees, stretching all the way down to the
pellucid and turquoise emerald waters of the Adriatic with direct access
to the beach. A garden pavilion and scenic terraces with seating and
dining areas invite guests to relax, enjoy a cocktail and admire the
scenery in complete solitude.

Ivanka is located just 500 meters from the old town of Dubrovnik. To
get here you will fly into the international airport of Dubrovnik about a
30 minutes drive from the villa.

Activities
During
your stay in Dubrovnik have a one day trip to the Elaphiti islands. It
is an archipelago of 13 islands, the 3 largest are inhabited: visit
Kolocep, Lopud and ?ipan.
On the land
Cavtat is a charming typical Dalmatian village situated 20 km south of Dubrovnik. If you spend a few days in South Dalmatia Cavtat is a good place to stay, or at least take half a day to visit it.Visit its stone houses, stroll through its narrow streets and you will arrive at the end of the peninsula to the mausoleum of the Racic family originally from Cavtat. The mausoleum was built by Ivan Mestrovic who is considered as one of the greatest Croatian sculptors of all time.
On the water
Stand-up paddleSet out into the clear blue sea on a small-group kayak trip for an unforgettable view of Dubrovnik.
