Overview
The Alpage chalet can accommodate up to 14 people on three floors. Leave and return to the chalet without removing your skis... You can even take off your skis on the terrace, after crossing a little wooden bridge over the stream.
L' Alpage chalet is on the edge of the forest, at the foot
of the well-known hors-piste runs called Croix Jean-Claude and the
Raffort route.
Accommodation
The communal rooms are on the ground floor (lounge, dining room), as well as the spa and a beautiful 50 m2 timber terrace with teak furniture and a terrace heater.
The bedrooms and suites are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Ruisseau chalet. At the bottom of the stairs to the second floor there is an additional shower and toilet. The 2nd floor is directly underneath the roof, with 1.85 m maximum headroom. Between the two bedrooms there is a games area with a flat-screen TV and pouffes.
On the ground floor, two or three roofed parking spaces are reserved for occupants of l' Alpage chalet. This garage can be reached from the chalet without having to go outside. It is shared with our guests from other chalets in the Hamlet (Blanche Neige, Au Coeur de la Vallée) Also on this level there is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier available for use by all our guests, the chalet's entrance hall with ski room, dryers for boots and clothes, storage lockers.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
With 6 bedrooms (four of which are doubles with ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms), our exceptional chalet can accommodate several families, a group of friends, or your guests.
All of the beds are 180 cm wide, of excellent quality and can be split into single beds.
Annapurna: rustic chic with view of La Saulire
This south-facing 23 m2 double bedroom gives onto a private balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs and a low table. Annapurna also comprises a small office, a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with toilet.
Ararat: raw elegance and sweet dreams
This 15 m2 double bedroom is beautifully set off by its magnificent Savoie doors. It comprises a shower room with Italian style shower and toilet, a large wardrobe and a small office.
Andes: warmth and brightness of old wood
This east-facing 16 m2 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, Italian style shower and toilet, also comprises a wardrobe, a small office and a winter lounge on the balcony (2 deckchairs and low table) shared with the Aconcagua bedroom.
Aconcagua: harmony of the mountains
This east-facing 17m2 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, Italian style shower and toilet, also comprises a wardrobe and a small office. It shares a balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs and a low table with the Andes bedroom next door.
Elbrouz: a cocoon under the open sky
This east-facing 23 m2 double bedroom directly underneath the roof is very bright thanks to 2 small windows and a skylight. It has a view of La Saulire from the bed... and plenty of storage drawers and shelves thanks to the sloping ceiling.
Everest: comfortable and very adaptable
This large 27 m2 bedroom directly underneath the roof has 4 traditional single beds that can be converted into 2 singles and 1 double. In addition: storage space for clothes and a TV corner with flat-screen TV, DVD player, pouffes and low table.
Living & Dining Areas
The lounge, dining room and spa give directly onto the terrace facing due south and west. With no buildings opposite, the view of the mountains is magnificent. The floor heating is extremely comfortable, even in the depths of winter.
The lounge is beautifully decorated and furnished (the low table was built by the owners). It is particularly cosy and convivial, with 2 leather and fabric corner couches, club armchairs, pouffes ... 14 seats in all so that everyone can gather round the fireplace or the 3D giant screen HD TV. For a touch more authenticity, a large farmhouse door separates the lounge from the dining room. A bar is also at your disposal for some lively happy hours.
The dining room: techno-thentic!
In the centre of the room decorated with old wood, there is a very fine traditional farmhouse table for 14 guests. At the end is a hob with an extractor hood, a spectacular feature, ideal for everyone to enjoy the Savoie meals together.

Chalet L' Alpage staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Manager
Your chalet manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.
Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

Starting from Courchevel or Méribel - Ski down the "poudreuse" at Courmayeur, Valgrisenche or Le Ruitor (altitude difference of 1000 to 2000 m)
