Set in 8,5 hectares of parkland planted with pine trees, olive trees and lavender, the property is a fully renovated with love by the owners. Lot of attention to the decoration, both inside and out. The stylish modern Provençal interior brings out the light and warmth in the rooms and living areas, creating an atmosphere of serenity throughout Mas des Lavandes, while the exteriors have been tailored to perfection.
Outside, you will find a heated pool, an alfresco shower and beach chairs. Enjoy the beautiful gardens and grounds with the provencal sounds or take a rest in the shade of the covered terrace, an inviting spot for dining outdoors.
Six bedrooms accommodate up to thirteen fortunate guests at Le Mas des Lavandes. Bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated according to individual color schemes and is finely appointed to help ensure a good night of sleep.
Outside, you will find a heated pool, an alfresco shower and beach
chairs. Enjoy the beautiful gardens and grounds with the provencal
sounds or take a rest in the shade of the covered terrace, an inviting
spot for dining outdoors.
During your stay at Le Mas des Lavandes, you will be just a ten minute drive to the town of Avignon where you will find lovely shopping, cinemas and restaurants. You will also be about an hour away from Arles and Nimes. For a great experience in nature, you can visit Gorges du Verdon, a majestic canyon.
Of course, you may just stay at your beautiful Mas while enjoying the feelings of peace, tranquility and sophistication that surround you.
The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 m is heated and has a protection.

The Alpilles regional country park
The Alpilles regional country park is the latest of the regional parks. Within its area lie 16 towns including Les Baux-de-Provence between Camargue and Luberon, a town which puts its Provencal identity clearly in the spotlight.
The Tremaïe Path
This is quite a short walk that provides a different view of the "spur of rock" on which the village of Les Baux-de-Provence sits.The rock is shaped like the bow of a ship. It captures and retains the sunlight in the lacework of indentations and gaps chiselled out by erosion.

Leaving the village of Les Baux-de-Provence, take the D27 towards Maillane and past the "Carrières de Lumières". At the top of this road turn at the right towards "The Viewing Table".
The Rock
Bauxite is an aluminium mineral consisting of one or more aluminium hydrates. Discovered during the 19th century in several parts of the world it was from samples from Les Baux-de-Provence that in 1858 double aluminium chloride was successfully made from which the metal is easily extracted.

Cycling allows you the time to meet people, and you only have to put out your hand and you will come back with ingredients to flavour your cooking.

Château des BauxEducational workshops April, May and June, from Monday to Friday From April to June, the Castle offers for schools, workshops for nursery school, primary school and middle school pupils.
The activity book
A fun questionnaire has been devised to help children aged between 7 and 12 to find out about Château des Baux. A free booklet is provided at the entrance to the site and a mysterious riddle leads the children across the Château in search of hidden clues to discover the history of the monument.
