Vogue villas consists of an exclusive collection of three villas, one Guesthouse and two pool suites of a total indoor
surface of 1,150 sqm. and outdoor surface of 5.500 sqm. providing an
unique lifestyle experience.
There are two large pool and two mini
private pools, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens overlooking the
beach. Property facilities include a gym, professional chef's kitchen,
in-house laundry unit, andin-house personnel apartment. The picturesque
chapel, gracefully located in the North part of the premises marks a
fantastic wedding venue.
Villa Vogue A, consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, a large living room, dinning
area and fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is luxuriously furnished to
the highest quality and detail and according to the latest design
trends. In the outside area there is a large dinning table that
comfortably accommodate the dining needs of 12 persons. The large
private swimming pool of 6m x 20m is surrounded by the green landscape
and its continuance is the deep blue sea (infinity pool).
Villa Vogue B, consists of 4 spacious bedrooms. Also on the same level there is a
large living room, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The second
and largest private swimming pool of 12m x 16m is located in the outdoor
veranda level, surrounded by two large built-in sitting areas that may
sit up to 32 people while it features three spectacular dip-in water
daybeds, facing the sea.
Villa Vogue C, consists of three spacious bedrooms.
On
the first Floor there is one Master Suite with a private living room
and large Jacuzzi on the balcony for up to 4-5 persons. - On the Ground
Floor there two bedrooms , large living area, dinning area and a fully
equipped kitchen. It has an abundance of indoor space and features a
living room that can accommodate up to 25-30 guests and a large
projector screen area.
The Pool Suites, consists of two spacious bedrooms:
Two Master Suites of 40 sqm and exceptional sea view. Each with ensuite
bathroom and an outdoor private pool and sitting area. Both bedrooms
have their private entrance but can potentially be used as connecting as
well.

the main Pool area, there is a large outdoor event area for up to 500
people and a special constructed BBQ and Bar Area, including a built-in
Italian oven, a large gas-operating BBQ, built-in sitting areas and
various lounge pillow areas.
The above setting is situated in the different outdoor levels where you can enjoy the unforgetable view.
All vllas are fully equipped with the latest technology audio-video
systems, including Smart TVs (in each bedroom) and living room areas,
with 200 cable International Channels, an Apple TV unit in Villa A,
high-tech alarm system and CCTV in the surrounding areas. All Villas are
fully air-conditioned with an individual system in every area and
temperature adjustable as per clients request.
The
villa has an exclusive use of a 5.500 sqm. plot (1.4 acres) with
Mediterranean flowers, cactuses and other decorative plants, while it
features a private parking space of up to 10 cars and a designated
Helicopter landing spot.
