It is our great pleasure to introduce Villa La Bellissima. We are an exclusive private estate on the banks of Historic Lake Como offering magnificent views of the lake. The property consists of 30,000 square meters of garden area on which sits four houses, a tennis court, a heated swimming pool, gym and cinema.

The Villa La Bellissima is only accessible by boat with a short ride of approximately 3 minutes, providing a five-star service in a totally private and secluded environment.

The Estate offers a garden area of 30,000 square meters and it is only accessible by boat. The garden is the most famous on the lake for its extremely tall cypress trees and large lawn areas. There are many places around the garden for sitting and relaxing both in sun and shade.

Villa La Bellisssima represents the pinnacle of luxury on Lake Como, sharing the Punto di Lavedo with the historic Villa Balbianello, the Villa without doubt bestows guests with unique and unmatched views of Italy's most mesmerising lake within a private and exclusive setting.
Having undergone a complete restoration, the Villa La Bellissima provides a first class blend of modern convenience and amenities that is surrounded by natural beauty and furnished with the highest quality Italian antique furniture, fine art and objects chosen from across Europe.

Adjacent to the fully heated infinity edge swimming pool, finished with 22-carat gold reflective tiles lies the state of the art cinema and a spa style bathroom which services the fully equipped Technogym gymnasium.
The floodlit tennis court is located a short walk away through the Villa's perfectly kept gardens.

The Terrace House with panoramic lake views, private terraces and dining area is quietly situated beyond the tennis court.

Located adjacent to the main villa, house 2 contains a full home cinema with a Kaleidescape hard drive facility and Apple TV in addition to a gym fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment. The house also contains a separate bathroom with a shower as well as a small kitchen to service the gym, cinema and the pool.

Next to house 2 is an outdoor heated swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking the lake. At both ends of the swimming pool are seating areas with umbrellas for sunbathing in a position that provides privacy from the lake. Outdoor music around the pool area is controlled via the stereo system located in the kitchen area in House 2.

Terrace House
This Terrace House is situated a short walk through the Villa gardens. Having been renovated at the start of 2016 the Terrace House consists of a living room and kitchen facilities on the ground floor with two double bedrooms on the first floor.

The bedroom comprises of a fireplace, study and a large marble bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Juliet balcony overlooking the lake.

Adjacent to the master bedroom, the Lilac bedroom has a long terrace overlooking the courtyard and garden. The marble bathroom has both a bath and walk in shower.

Bedroom: 20.42m2, double/Twin bed, garden view, bathroom: 10.20m2.
Oposite the Red Suite, the Blue bedroom overlooks the courtyard and garden. The marble bathroom consists of bath and walk in shower.

Villa La Bellissima staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
The Villa staff includes housekeepers, gardeners, butlers and an International Chef. A full concierge service is also available. Two butlers and the Chef reside on the property in separate accommodation

Your villa manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Activities can all be organised via our team.

Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. Location

The Villa La Bellissima is situated on the western shores of Lake Como, close to the town of Lenno and approximately 20kms north of the town of Como.

The nearest major international airports are Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate, which are approximately an hours drive away.

Helicopter transfers are available to a private landing site a short distance from the villa.

Launch transfers are also available from Como or Cernobbio. (30 minutes)

Your villa manager will have a wealth of information about places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of local life...

Knowing that the kids can run around happily, independently and safely, without you having to worry about other guests, is a real plus - and one that means parents are certain to have a more relaxed holiday too.

Villa Bellissima offers lots of fun for children. The pool is always perfect for the younger, boat, canoe or waterski will be perfect for the older. For the night, the cinema room will keep a place for the tribu.

The team of friendly staff at La Bellissima will make children feel as welcome as adults, and having these willing helpers on hand gives guests plenty of flexibility and freedom to do their own exploring the villa grounds (full-time babysitting incurs a small extra cost).

Don't worry about packing all that cumbersome kids' equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don't have in-house, we can hire on your behalf.

In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.
