All primary carriers fly into Malpensa Airport, opened in 1998, with direct connections from the most important cities in North and South America, Asia and Europe. From the few cities outside Europe that do not have a direct connection to Milan, guests can fly into London, Frankfurt or Paris and take a connecting flight into Milan's second airport, Linate.
