Overview
Casa Ulivi is a dream farm with breathtaking views, a protected building set in the gorgeous Marche region. The outside of the house remained true to its origins, while Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jérôme de Meuron transformed the inside into a stunning and modern space decorated in neutral colours and flooded with light.

Second floor: 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with king-size bed, closet and bathroom (bath tube and shower), big office and closets.
The exteriors offer a magnificent infinity pool, well-furnished spaces to eat and relax as well as special features such as a Japanese grill and an outside cooking area.
Guest house have a bedroom and a living room with panoramic views on the landscape until Monte Conero. Design and minimalist pool table.

Villa Ulivi staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Manager
Your villa manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.

From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. Location
A simple but very typical bar and a gourmet restaurant, Il Casolare dei Segreti, can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car or by bike.
The next grocery store is 4 km away in Grottacia.
Treia: a small town for everyday needs with a market on Tuesdays, cafes, a fish shop, bakeries, etc. 5 minutes by car (8 km).
Cingoli 15 minutes, 20 minutes to Macerata, 1 hour to the Adriatic See at the foot of Monte Connero and to the Monti Sibillini mountains.
Activities
Gianna would be delighted to prepare for you her favourite dishes from Le Marche, such as Vincisgrassi lasagne.
Our cook can introduce you to the art of cheese making. Prepare your own mozzarella or ricotta and enjoy it together afterwards.
Should you wish for something more refined, treat yourself to a diner with Michelin Star chefs Errico Recanati, Michele Biagiola or Andrea Guiseppucci.
In addition, an outstanding choice of wines from Le Marche awaits you in the house cellar, gathered by her. We are also happy to organise a wine tasting for you.
Not far from the property you will find various wineries, restaurants and farm houses, which belong to the Slow Food movement.
