manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay, he provide you
with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your
stay. Private transfers, activities can all be organised.

your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on
hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard
services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through
to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to
local support in your destination for on the spot help.

only a one hour and fifteen minute drive south of Lisbon, Comporta,
which comprises several villages, rice fields, vineyards, pine forests
and 40km of pristine, white sandy beaches across a few ten-thousand
hectares, is still one of Portugal's best kept secrets. Over the last
decade, this area has attracted renowned international artists and
fashion designers as well as Lisbon's own boho-chic crowd, trying to
escape the bustle of city life. The seclusion of individual properties
and a few hip beach restaurants and bars, serving fresh grilled fish,
cocktails and local wines at sunset, create a peaceful and tranquil
environment that nurtures body and soul.
Comporta is only a short hour drive south of Lisbon.128km, approximately 01h15min drive.
Villa Pinheiros is 13km from the tranquil fishing village of Comporta, in the Alentejo region of Portugal.
The
beaches of Pego and Carvalhal are only five minutes' drive from Villa
Pura Emoção, while the expansive sands of Comporta are also well worth a
visit.

Biking
- The Resort provides bicycles that guests can use to discover the surroundings.
- Riding
in an open space releases the stress and provides a strong sensation of
welfare. It?s the contact with wild nature the pure air the immense
sky, the ocean, the woods of Grândola and the wild life and nature of
its surroundings. If we choose to ride in the dunes of the coast of
Melides especially in Vigia, we should do it slowly in order to enjoy
the beautiful botanic species that grow in the sand. We will provide you
pictures so that you can identify them.
On the sea
- If riding waves is on your holiday bucket list, then head to unspoilt Carvalhal Beach for surfing in Comporta. The small shack owned by Surf in Comporta sits on the wooden walkway entrance to the beach. Whether you are a novice and prefer ankle busters, or just amped, let local married couple Ana and Daniel share their 20 years of experience and 10 years of teaching. Kids lessons, all ages, private and winter trainings are available.
- During your stay in Comporta, spend half a day visiting the local pod of dolphins actively living within the freshwater of the Sado Estuary. The community of Sado Bottlenose Dolphins were first identified in 1981 and are carefully monitored and tracked.

Family
Children
are welcome, although this is more of a couples retreat. Suites can
accommodate up to two children under 14 years on a sofa bed (or one
child over 14 years). Babysitters can be arranged on request but note
that no baby cots are available.

Together with our Chef João, we have designed a unique cooking program. You will participate in the vegetables harvest in our bio garden (whenever possible), a tour to a local fish market followed by a workshop where you will put your hands on and learn some culinary tricks. You will also be preparing your own dinner while enjoying a glass of wine from the regionDining
The architecture finds its inspiration in the old rice storing facilites of the area. In keeping with the essence of Comporta, the decor is sophisticated yet relaxed.
Both the landscape and nature that surround inspire the creations of this restaurant. At Sem Porta, the stars are the local products and producers. There's a respect for the origins and for time, which in the Alentejo has a different rhythm.
Here, a seasonal cuisine of communion and respect for nature is practiced. The Chef uses regional products, working with local fisherman and wineries, giving precedence to fresh, organic produce whenever possible.
In the middle of the organic garden one finds the Food Circle - Sublime Comporta's outdoor organic restaurant.
This is a dynamic space, based on sustainable production and inspired by the principles of Permaculture. Around the counter, there is room for only 12 people who want to live this unforgettable experience - to have direct contact with the chefs, with the earth and dine under the stars with the aromas of the garden. Here, only ancestral cooking methods are used and fire has a leading role leaving behind modern techniques giving precedence to the land and history that is part of us. The experience is complimented with some of Portugal's best wines.
