by architect Pedro Ferreira Pinto, Praia de Pego features a private
sunny terrace with a heated swimming pool, a garden, a front deck with
breathtaking views and an interior patio for total privacy and relax. An
exquisite, clean design where concrete, glass windows and pine wood
decks blend perfectly.
Filled with iconic mid century modern
classics, Praia de Pego is our neverending "art project". The suspended
fireplace and heated floor make it irresistible throughout the year,
ideal for off season breaks.
This fully equipped house has 3
bedrooms, accommodates 6 people and it's just one hour away from Lisbon
and its International Airport.
On the top of the house, lies a
sunny terrace with a stunning private heated swimming pool. The concrete
pool was finished with aquabright onyx for an exquisite look and feel.
The
spacious terrace has an elevated position to ensure maximum privacy.
Covered in pine wood, it's an ideal place to sunbathe and relax. From
here you can watch the sunset while hearing the sound of the ocean,
facing the green crops field and the Arrabida Mountain.
The
concept of the garden is to merge with the surrounding territory,
through the choice of native species, such as pine trees. The land is
sculptured like a sand dune, sprinkled with tipical beach species,
aiming for effortless, unpretensious landscaping.
