abundance of fruit trees, and horse paddock, this is a lovely, spacious
and fully staffed cortijo, recently restored while maintaining all of
its original character.
The house faces west in a rural
Andalucian valley, enjoying wonderful views of the Grazalema National
Park, with a shady colonnade on one side and a very private courtyard,
with trees and fountains, on the other.
Accommodation
La Huerta El Noque is a converted farmhouse set in 14 acres just outside the gorgeous Andalucian town of Ronda high up in the mountains about 45k from the Costa Del Sol. The house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter ? it has fans in each bedroom for the summer nights and log fires and underfloor heating for the winter months ? so it?ll suit you at any time of year depending on your tastes and pursuits.
El Noque is a 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom house that offers you indoor, outdoor or poolside dining. It features king sized beds, white cotton sheets, big bathrobes and luxury towels. The bathrooms all feature baths as well as showers. El Noque has an extensive library of books and CDs (although the latter does tend to reflect the owners? tastes!), Freeview TV with 250 channels.
The pool is solar heated ? filled Spring ? Late Autumn, there are cushioned loungers aplenty and hammocks dotted around the garden and near the pool. The pool garden is set a little away from the house, with shower, bar and dining facilities.

Master Bedroom 1
Large room with double aspect views, with balcony and working fireplace and a dressing cupboard. It enjoys a generous en suite bathroom with a large bath and shower. The bed is king size or can be two twin beds.
Bedroom 2
Large room with hill views. It has a big en suite bathroom with a large bath and shower. The bed is king size or can be two twin beds.
Bedroom 3
Large room with garden views. It has a big en suite bathroom with large bath and shower. The bed is king size with another big single bed, or can be twin beds with a third single.
Bedroom 4
Good sized room with garden views. It has a queen size double. The en suite bathroom incorporates a shower within the bath.
Bedroom 5
Small but lovely and peaceful single room with garden views. It enjoys a 2m x 1m bed. It can share Bedroom 4's bathroom via a separate entrance.
Bedroom 6
Within a separately accessed apartment still contained within the main house. A good sized double bedroom with queen size bed and French doors leading to its own private courtyard garden. It enjoys a choice of shower room or bathroom with big bath and shower, and has its own kitchen/living with sofa bed. It is ideal as an annexe for teenagers, those who simply wish to be more private, or staff.
Bedroom 7
Also newly finished this wonderful room has door straight on to the garden and views of the garden and courtyard. A kingsized bed, chairs, desk and beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
Living & Dining
The ground floor has a large sitting room with comfortable furniture and dining capacity to seat twelve. Large sofas surround an open fire and french windows lead out onto an extensive covered terrace.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff.
El Noque's staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Villa manager
El Noque's manager, is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. He oversees and coordinates the staff and will happily assist guests with activities and excursion bookings during their stay.
Housekeeping Staff
A discreet housekeeping service is provided at the villa twice a week.
Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the pool and spa look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

El Noque is in the heart of Andalucia, a five minute drive from Ronda, set on the top of a mountain range and divided by one of the worlds most impressive gorges.
With its staggering views, Ronda is the place to visit if you are wandering through Spain. Its surroundings are so romantic - its pace of life wonderfully slow.
Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles fell in love with its bullfighting - about the best there is in Spain.
There is so much to do at El Noque... from visits to Ronda, Jerez, Seville, Granada, a day trip to Morocco, to the coast or nearby lakes, or to the pueblos blancos (white villages) which are found in this part of Spain.

Activities
Your villa manager will have a wealth of information about places
of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings
required. Do also ask the staff about the area. Most will live nearby
and can give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects
of local Andalous life.
