A vast living area that incorporates open plan dining and high-end
kitchen as well as endless terrace space by the pool with professional
kitchen for outdoor dining result in a perfect home for exterior
enjoyment. All bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and have
comfortable en suite bathrooms as well as balconies. Additionally there
is a two car garage, an office and plenty of storage room.
Villa is set in the middle of a private garden and opens to a terrace with an infinity pool and hot tub. After a swim, sunbathe on the chaise longues, rest on the daybed or rinse off in the al-fresco shower while taking in the sea views. The villa's interiors are fully air-conditioned and include a sound system and Wi-Fi as well.
Clean, modern lines, plenty of windows and pared-down finishes give the villa an air of cool, minimalist chic. A wall of glass, pale gray floors, smooth white walls and a boxy fireplace conspire to make the great room feel spacious and simple. But it's never cold; plush rugs define the sitting and dining areas, fabric drapes off the tufted lounge chairs and the dining area welcomes up to eight guests around an inviting wooden table. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped and has state-of-the-art appliances.
The bedrooms have the same neutral bones as the great room, with white walls and pale grey floors punctuated by charcoal-toned columns and drapes. They're enlivened, however, by designer bedding and the spectacular views. In the bathrooms, wooden vanities and subtly textured walls create a spa-like atmosphere.
Additionally there is a two car garage, an office and plenty of storage room.

Watersports
The consistent east-southeast trade winds on Providenciales make it an ideal location for kite-surfing, one of the island's most popular watersports. The expanses of flat, clear and shallow water allow the wind to carry you along the surface for long, exhilarating stretches. The same conditions also enhance your stand up paddle boarding (SUP) experience. Jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, windsurfing, tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing and windsurfing are also popular.
Under the water
FishingFrom time immemorial, the sea has provided us not only with fish but also with other treasures such as salt. Our fishermen and their llauts (their little boats), in settings where the sea meets the sky and the rocky coasts combine to make sea fishing one of the oldest and most popular leisure activities.
Diving
Its crystal-clear waters and a spectacular coastline over 200km in length mean that Ibiza is a popular place to go diving. As such, there are a number of firms specialising both in diving courses carried out hand in hand with professionals. There are also guided tours which enable visitors to discover and learn about the sea beds which make the island an even more delightful place to visit. The sea beds in the National Park of Las Salinas with prairies of Posidonia -of great ecological value-were given the status of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
