Overview
Can Horizonte is a minimalist modern villa with spectacular views. One of the most impressive properties on the north/west coast in the area of Na Xamena. This original minimalist villa has a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and enjoys the most beautiful sunsets.
Part of the villa is first line of the sea and the left side of the property has only one villa down in front, which can be seen from the edge of the terrace.
Accommodation
The rest of the house is dedicated to the
seven en-suite bedrooms, a number of which have their own private
terrace looking out to the ocean or surrounding hills. Each of the
bedrooms has been individually decorated in a modern style, and features
en-suite bathroom, LCD television and dvd, air-conditioning and ample
storage space.
The villa is situated with secure gated grounds, and
features parking space for 6 cars and a fully-equipped modern gymnasium
which is entirely at guest´s disposal. With a great location, incredible
views and a modern interior.
Grounds 2000m2. House 730m2 in two levels. House is accessed
through the top level into the hall. Straight ahead is the living room
with dining area on the right with table and chairs to seat 10 people.
Living area is equipped with white L-shaped leather sofa and two
matching puffs with a wooden coffee table in the center. Next to the
living area is an office with a long table equipped with printer,
internet connections etc.
The pool is 14x7m and there are many decks and terraces all in original
concrete. All with sea views.

The living room have very high ceilings which creates a very grand experience.

On the water
BeachesYou may never want to leave the picture perfect beach belonging to your villa, but if you're in the mood for exploration, the island offers other idyllic expanses of silky, sandy shoreline.
Watersports
The consistent east-southeast trade winds on Providenciales make it an ideal location for kite-surfing, one of the island's most popular watersports. The expanses of flat, clear and shallow water allow the wind to carry you along the surface for long, exhilarating stretches. The same conditions also enhance your stand up paddle boarding (SUP) experience. Jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, windsurfing, tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing and windsurfing are also popular.
Under the water
FishingFrom time immemorial, the sea has provided us not only with fish but also with other treasures such as salt. Our fishermen and their llauts (their little boats), in settings where the sea meets the sky and the rocky coasts combine to make sea fishing one of the oldest and most popular leisure activities.
Diving
Its crystal-clear waters and a spectacular coastline over 200km in length mean that Ibiza is a popular place to go diving. As such, there are a number of firms specialising both in diving courses carried out hand in hand with professionals. There are also guided tours which enable visitors to discover and learn about the sea beds which make the island an even more delightful place to visit. The sea beds in the National Park of Las Salinas with prairies of Posidonia -of great ecological value-were given the status of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.

In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.
