Accommodation
The villa offers 7 stunning King-size suites distributed across three
buildings, the main house, guest house and lower house. These three
stunning buildings are located on an 80.000 square meter plot of land on
one of the highest mountains in Ibiza and despite the dramatic location
the property offers a staggering 800sqm meters of living space and a
further 1500 square meters of terraces.
The villa has been furnished
with highest quality fixtures and fittings which coupled with the
tasteful modern designer furniture make this one of top choices. The
latest audio and video technology has been installed with integrated
Sonos music systems throughout the buildings and extra fast internet.
The
property offers numerous places to host large lunches and dinners both
inside, on the main terrace or the pool terrace all of which enjoy
stunning views across Salinas, Cap de Falco and Formentera.
The villa boosts altogether seven grand bedrooms en suite, two in the
main house with walk-in closets, and five (all with access to
kitchenette) in connected buildings. With spacious living room, a fully
equipped and modern kitchen, in-house entertainment system you have
everything you need. The interior design is impeccable as luxury and
comfort are defined by the exquisite furniture and materials chosen.The
garden and the surrounding area have several waterfalls, an amazing
"water mirror" and swimming pool. At night time beautiful gas fireplaces
come to life on the front terrace.The materials chosen both inside and

Watersports
The consistent east-southeast trade winds on Providenciales make it an ideal location for kite-surfing, one of the island's most popular watersports. The expanses of flat, clear and shallow water allow the wind to carry you along the surface for long, exhilarating stretches. The same conditions also enhance your stand up paddle boarding (SUP) experience. Jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, windsurfing, tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing and windsurfing are also popular.
Under the water
FishingFrom time immemorial, the sea has provided us not only with fish but also with other treasures such as salt. Our fishermen and their llauts (their little boats), in settings where the sea meets the sky and the rocky coasts combine to make sea fishing one of the oldest and most popular leisure activities.
Diving
Its crystal-clear waters and a spectacular coastline over 200km in length mean that Ibiza is a popular place to go diving. As such, there are a number of firms specialising both in diving courses carried out hand in hand with professionals. There are also guided tours which enable visitors to discover and learn about the sea beds which make the island an even more delightful place to visit. The sea beds in the National Park of Las Salinas with prairies of Posidonia -of great ecological value-were given the status of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.
