Overview
Puesta de Sol is a beautiful villa, minimalist design, isolated in the woods, looking to the West and with all the sensuality commissioning architecture. Leaving behind the fields of almond trees, going up a sinuous track in the forest on the top of a small hill we reach an enclosed plot.
The views from the property are the island of Conejera, the bay of Portmany and the countryside of San Rafael.
Accommodation
Modern architecture of minimalistic style. The sun pierces through the interior of the glassed walls, the pine trees and sabinas are the natural extension of the indoor spaces and the sea always on the horizon.
The island of Conejera and the Tower of the Pirate can be seen from the swimming pool, the outdoor terraces and the outdoor lounge areas, like a painting hanging from the sky, turning into the sunset, a daily show.
Situated on the Western coast of the island, isolated in the forest, on the top of a small hill, no neighbours nearby and in perfect harmony with the countryside, the design of this villa makes its rooms and exterior areas magical.
The property is a mixture of walls, transparencies and insinuations.
On the main level you will find the living areas, kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and two bedrooms. All with views to the outdoor areas, partially covered by a pergola, the swimming pool and terrace.

Spacious living and dining areas with access to the swimming pool by floor-to-ceiling glass window.
The kitchen is completely integrated in the living area and well communicated with the terrace and swimming pool areas but can also be closed off by a glass sliding door. It is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and all the necessary for cooking.
