Overview
This vast estate on the island's northwest coast covers 700 acres of stunning landscape and includes two villas, Sa Terra and Sa Punta. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or "finca", dating from the 1800s. This building is due to be developed into a hotel but is currently unused, forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and hundreds of olive trees.
Accommodation
Literally translating as "red earth" from the local Mallorquà language, this four-bedroom villa is situated near the edge of the estate and a 20 minute walk from a pebble beach. Sa Terra also has a private heated swimming pool and plenty of space on the terrace for sunbathing. This villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 4 en-suite bedrooms.
Rooms at Sa Terra are arranged together at one end of the villa apart from the private Master Suite on the upper level which has magnificent views out to sea. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, Bose speakers and a complimentary selection of toiletries.
If you manage to pull yourself away from the heated pool, or leave the comfort of your bedroom, within Villa Sa Terra her beautifully designed spaces to enjoy. Relax in the large lounge area with access to the outdoor pergola or find a snack in the sleek kitchen. For dinner, both indoor and outdoor dining areas are available so the choice is completely up to you. Spectacular views guaranteed from both locations!

Manager
Your villa manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.
Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the villa 6 days a week between 9am-2pm.

Getting here
Visitors to the island of Mallorca typically arrive via the capital, Palma, whose airport is around a 40 minute drive to the estate. The island is well served by direct air connections from a range of European cities both by scheduled and charter airlines; visitors from further afield will need to connect via a European hub. To reach the estate we recommend hiring a car which will give youadditional flexibility when exploring the area. The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away, providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.

- Take a dip in your private heated pool just steps away from your villa.
- Play a spot of tennis on the nearby court (racquets and balls provided) this is shared by the villa Sa Punta.
- Take a walk around the estate which is 3km à 5km in size, or head straight down to the coast walk which starts from a pebble beach. Mallorca also has numerous other walking opportunities further afield.
- There are over 20 golf courses on the island, many of which are of a high standard; we can help with green reservations should you wish to visit one.
- Take a drive and explore some of the picturesque villages in the region.

The family friendly advantages of a villa holiday are many, including access to your own private facilities and the freedom to use them whenever you want. Knowing that the kids can run around happily, independently and safely, without you having to worry about other guests, is a real plus - and one that means parents are certain to have a more relaxed holiday too.Villa Sa Terra makes a great place for a family holiday. We have cots, high chairs, sterilizer, nappy bin, baby monitor, toys and a play rug for you to use. We are also happy to prepare children's meals that are tasty, well balanced, healthy and fun, keeping both the parents and kids happy!
Baby-sitting can be arranged and a charge will apply but please advise as early as possible if this may be required. Special food and beverages or simple snacks and light meals can be prepared according to your child?s tastes.
Dining
Your rate includes daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. Our chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, so there's definitely no need to rush up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor made according to your preferences, or we can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes. On one day during your stay we can arrange for you to visit some of the local restaurant offerings and are happy to organise reservations.All drinks including alcoholic beverages are included and you are welcome to help yourself. Our team will chat to you before you arrive to make sure we're stocked up with your favourite tipple. Most of our guests prefer to dine outdoors, and this is normally possible almost year round, weather permitting, but there is also a table in each villa's dining room that can accommodate everyone.

Laundry service
Our laundry service is available seven days a week. A basket and laundry list with prices can be found in your room. Just place your items in the basket, fill out the sheet and we'll do the rest. We can wash and press anything given to us before 10am and it will be delivered back to you by 12pm the following day.
