Although a
highly sought after vacation destination for the World's elite, Andratx
still operates as a premier fishing village, offering a fully authentic
Spanish Island experience.
Accommodation
With the
interior spaces all focusing towards the ocean view, beautiful scenery
is captured from every room. The glass doors of the living room stretch
its entire length, opening the space to the terrace and expanding on the
already spacious, open-concept layout. Designer furniture and high-end
electronics decorate the large common area. And, with the subtle
inclusion of natural wood and stone accents into the stylish-modern
atmosphere, you're reminded of the lush, beautiful environment just
outside your doors.
At dinner, there's more than enough space for
all ten guests in the formal dining area, or at the alfresco set on the
terrace. After, enjoy the ocean view from one of the two outdoor
swimming pools, the hot tub, or from one of the many furnished outdoor
living spaces. Back inside, unique features like the sauna, indoor pool,
billiard table, Wi-Fi, and exercise room will keep guests calm,
connected, and entertained.
Villa Summertime offers extra privacy
with its separate entrance guest house, making it an ideal home for a
group of friends or families on vacation together. The guest house
offers two en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. In the main
house, three-king en-suite bedrooms with ocean views await.

Villa Summertime staff have been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Manager
Your
villa manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour
your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a
dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay.
Private transfers, other in-resort activities can all be organised via
our team.
Concierge
From your first phone call right
through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects
of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments
and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique
requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination
for on the spot help.
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeper
will be on hand regularly to ensure perfect order of the villa,
including a nightly turn down service. Each morning she will prepare a
breakfast for you personally.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Getting here
Visitors
to the island of Mallorca typically arrive via the capital, Palma,
whose airport is around a 35 minute drive to the estate. The island is
well served by direct air connections from a range of European cities
both by scheduled and charter airlines; visitors from further afield
will need to connect via a European hub. To reach the estate we
recommend hiring a car which will give you additional flexibility when
exploring the area. The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar
and Esporles are a few kilometres away, providing a variety of
restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.

Families
The family friendly advantages of a villa holiday are many, including access to your own private facilities and the freedom to use them whenever you want. Knowing that the kids can run around happily, independently and safely, without you having to worry about other guests, is a real plus - and one that means parents are certain to have a more relaxed holiday too.Baby-sitting can be arranged and a charge will apply but please advise as early as possible if this may be required. Special food and beverages or simple snacks and light meals can be prepared according to your child's tastes.

Your rate includes daily breakfast. Our chefs and hostess can prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, so there's definitely no need to rush up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor made according to your preferences, or we can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes.
