Accommodation
Uniquely situated by the sea, La Bela Vista holiday home offers stunning views of the sea with direct access to a small beach below, providing a dreamlike panorama for an exclusive and very private stay on the Costa Blanca.
With its traditional architecture, the villa is built over two levels and has been completely renovated in a contemporary and welcoming style. The air-conditioned living space offers open plan living with views over the swimming pool and the sea and the most comfortable living room with sumptuous sofas and soft cushions. An open and well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals of your choice to enjoy around the dining table for 8 guests, indoors by the living room or outside under the pergola. The cosy and warm textiles, combined with a modern decor make this living room a pleasant and relaxing space.
This holiday home offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and one bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms upstairs. The master suite with king size bed and television is located on the ground floor and has access to the terrace with splendid views of the swimming pool and the sea. The other two bedrooms with double beds, overlook the patio outside at the rear of the house. With access from the outside, two bedrooms with a double bed share a bathroom, making them ideal for teenagers or if you are traveling with staff.
On the terrace, everything has been thought out for the perfect holiday. The deck is designed to take full advantage of the space, lulled by the sound of the waves from the sea views, with Altea and the Sierra de Bernia in the distance. Sun loungers and sheltered sofas are arranged to enjoy the beauty of the elements and contemplate the starry night sky every evening. A beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor shower bring relaxation and freshness to this idyllic environment. A sandy beach is also equipped so that your children can have fun and make the most beautiful sand castles.
And, if you wish to try the waters from the nearby sea, open the door, grab your mask and snorkel as a staircase leads you directly there. A paddle board awaits you for more playful moments in the salty water.

to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
La Bella Vista friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of all
three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and coordinate
the staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties. Working in shifts, she's available everyday 2 hours per day, 7 days/7.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.

- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (11,3km). Further afield (11km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- Various restaurant beach line and in the town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- El Rancho la Ofra can arrange horse riding tours, as well as children's riding lessons and horse-drawn carriage outings.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)
