This sophisticated and chic private property is nested in a slightly elevated position with a view that stretches out towards the white houses of Altea Town, a view of many palettes and faces so to speak given that one can marvel at the blue waters of the Mediterranean during the day, the colorful sunsets over the mountains and the town lit up at night, ready for action.
The location allows for extensive views of the bay and sunshine throughout the day, while being within a short drive from the golf, the perfect distance to either join in on the "fun in the sun"or relax around the property's private pool.
Accommodation
Villa Azul embodies the perfect combination of Mediterranean architecture and contemporary design, where most of the bedrooms are independent from one another while a grand use of tons of white and grey are featured throughout, enriched by modern furnishing tastefully placed in both the common space and the bedrooms. This provides a theme that flows throughout the property harmoniously, giving off a fresh vibe where modern amenities are not spared.
An otherworldly Zen permeates the minimalist retreat known as villa Azul. The sleek, uncluttered design calms the mind, improves the mood, and focuses your attention exactly where it should be: on the mountain and the sea. The simple, understated color scheme compliments the clean lines, resulting in a state of utter relaxation. This is a luxury rental property where it is easy to feel at home-both physically and spiritually.
The gracious, adaptable layout of villa Azul makes it very easy to share. The rooms are separated enough from one another to grant each guest a feeling of privacy, but the common gathering spaces are large and convivial enough to accommodate a large group reminiscing over old memories-or making new ones.
The entrance to the house leads directly into the main living, dining and kitchen area, whose high ceilings and panoramic view give it an airy, loft-like feel.
The open kitchen will let aspiring chefs flex their culinary muscle without being antisocial. top-quality amenities arranged both discretely and conveniently to make kitchen both pleasure to use and pleasure to look at. Below the living area, reached by two staircases, is the pool deck, which has eight sunbeds, a half bath, and an outdoor shower. The pool itself is 8 meters long.
The master bedroom occupies its own house apart from the main house. It has a four poster bed, a private bathroom, and its own special outdoor area.
In the main house, on right and left side of the living area, three bedrooms all have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. In each, you can enjoy a view. Four bedrooms are on the lower level in the main house, all have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.
Outside near the pool area, is a wrap-around covered terrace with a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a table for ten.

service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team at villa Azul have all been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
villa Azul friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of
all three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and
coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their
stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties. Working in shifts, she's can be available everyday 3 hours per day, 5 days/7.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Spa therapists
An
in-house spa therapist is available at villa Azul from 9am to 6pm
daily. With a day's notice, guests can book a range of massage and spa

interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.
In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of villa Azul.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)
