Villa La Perla "The Pearl" is back for rent with a new modern decor that perfectly complements the beauty of the setting, between the sea and the mountains.
As soon as you enter the villa, your eyes will be drawn to the large glassed-in living room, the terrace, the pool and the view.
This large living/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and decorated with objects and sculptures that the owners have brought back from their various trips around the world.
On the main level of Villa La Perla there are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a sauna, and television. The rooms open onto the terrace, a few steps down to the pool?
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a large terrace, where you can admire the view.
The infinity pool, which can be heated, runs alongside the villa and is surrounded by a terrace, the perfect place to relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. In the extension of the pool, there is a Chillout area, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink.
In the gourmet kitchen, you can use your cooking skills to serve your family. And if for one evening you wish to take off your apron, our private chef will be delighted to concoct a delicious meal for you.

One
of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised
service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team at
villa La Perla have all been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
villa La Perla friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of
all three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and
coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their
stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties. Working in shifts, she's available 2 days per week.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Spa therapists
An
in-house spa therapist is available at villa La Perla from 9am to 6pm
daily. With a day's notice, guests can book a range of massage and spa
treatments.

villa manager, will have a wealth of information about places of
interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.
In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of villa La Perla.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)

Don't worry about packing all that cumbersome kids' equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don't have in-house, we can hire on your behalf.

The villa's kitchen and bar can be pre-stocked according to your wishes, you can have meals cooked by your personal Chef, or you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, staff are on-hand to deliver these to you. In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.Your private chef will be happy to create dishes to suit you and your party, from local specialities to home comforts.
