Villa Vela Blanca, is a beautiful, impressive property located in the heart of the Costa Blanca in Altea.
It's unique position offering superb panoramic views of the beaches and yacht marina below, is ideally located to enjoy the small charming restaurants that the village of Altea has to offer.
Accommodation
The property of 580 sq.m is secured with electric gates and enclosed fencing, has several relaxation areas, a large swimming pool, 10m x 10m, and landscape gardening around the house.
The large terrace in front of the house is imaginatively laid in marble on one side of the pool and decking on the other and is designed to add to the peace and tranquillity of the overall effect of the property.
Fully equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue and dining area for 12 people and covered in a sun protector makes this an ideal location to spend the day.
A staircase leads from the pool to another outdoor area and further magnificent sea views. The garden is on several levels and contains as well as mature olive trees, a variety of plants native to the Mediterranean Climate.

the sea view. The fully furnished area includes a fireplace and TV.

living space also contains a large dining area complete with a table
with seating for 8 adjacent to which is a fully equipped kitchen, this
opens onto a small converted terrace and the pool area.

One
of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised
service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team at
villa Vela Blanca have all been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
Villa Vela Blanca friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of
all three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and
coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their
stay.
Housekeeping Staff
A discreet housekeeping service is provided at the villa twice a week.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Spa therapists
An
in-house spa therapist is available at villa Vela Blanca from 9am to 6pm
daily. With a day's notice, guests can book a range of massage and spa
treatments.

Activities
Your
villa manager, will have a wealth of information about places of
interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.
In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of villa Vela Blanca.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)
