Accommodation
Villa Limonada is a five bedrooms with remarkable amenities, the property open onto the terrace and large garden.
On the ground floor, the large living room with capacity to comfortably support ten people, opens onto a long terrace that encompass the house. A second living room, furnished with sofas and chairs contains a T.V. With a smaller living room between the two also furnished with comfortable sofas. All rooms overlook the terrace.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen with a central island has access to the living room via sliding doors which allow full privacy between you, your guests and your own personal chef who is employed at the Villa.
Each air-conditioned bedrooms are en-suite and have a T.V. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a jacuzzi tub, shower, a small dressing room a private terrace looking out over the garden and pool. The second bedroom has a bathtub, shower, and also a private terrace with sea view and overlooking the garden and pool. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower floor of the property and are all en-suite, the largest has access to the terrace and also the garden.
There is lift access to all floors for the convenience of your guest.
Connecting stairs lead to a large wooded garden with both lemon and orange trees and a wonderful swimming pool measuring 12m x 6m. Surrounding which are very inviting comfortable sun loungers for your enjoyment.
The summer kitchen completely equipped with table and chairs, a barbecue, a covered lounge with sofas, enabling you to relax and enjoy the long summer evenings.
The property is ideal for all sports enthusiasts, the sauna lends itself to relaxing and resting after enjoying a full day hiking or playing a hard game of golf.

One
of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised
service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team
at Limones have all been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
Limonada friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of all
three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and coordinate the
staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Spa therapists
An
in-house spa therapist is available at Limones from 9am to 6pm
daily. With a day's notice, guests can book a range of massage and spa
treatments.
Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the pool look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

Your
villa manager, will have a wealth of information about places of
interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.
In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of Limones.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)

The villa's kitchen and bar can be pre-stocked according to your wishes, you can have meals cooked by your personal Chef, or you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, staff are on-hand to deliver these to you. In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.Your private chef will be happy to create dishes to suit you and your party, from local specialities to home comforts.
