Sea Blue villa is situated on private parcels of around 1,000 square meters.
The
villa has approximately 500 square meters of living area, including 5
bedrooms, a grand living room with an open kitchen, a dining room,
spacious bathrooms, a fitness centre, a cinema room; they also contain
independent service-quarters, an elevator, a garage for 3 cars, ample
storage spaces and pleasant inner patios and gardens.
Moreover,
we encourage you to give it your own personal touch and uniqueness. The
master bedroom, privately situated, offers a wealth of pleasure, comfort
and relaxation, and it is favoured with a spacious dressing room
en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, private garden and large windows affording
superb views.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage
of the outside scenario, making sure that wherever you are, the beauty
of the sky and the bay is your companion. Because of the position of the
villa, you can see all without being seen.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team at Sea Blue have all been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
Sea Blue friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of all three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Spa therapists
An in-house spa therapist is available at Sea Blue from 9am to 6pm daily. With a day's notice, guests can book a range of massage and spa treatments.

In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of El Bien Estar.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)

Don't worry about packing all that cumbersome kids' equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don't have in-house, we can hire on your behalf.

As the villa experience is tailored to guests' preferences, dining choices are entirely up to you. The villa's kitchen and bar can be pre-stocked according to your wishes, you can have meals cooked by your personal Chef, or you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, staff are on-hand to deliver these to you. In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.Your private chef will be happy to create dishes to suit you and your party, from local specialities to home comforts.
