Villa Pia Mar is a very new 4 bedroom property tucked high in the hills of the sea, just short distance to the beaches and some restaurants.
Accommodation
The Villa Pia Mar appears to be almost perched and ready for a flight over the Mediteranean Sea.
The first thing that strikes you, is the dramatic contrast provided by the abrupt precipice at the edge of the property, which draws the the eye towards the Piñon Ifach, and the sea beyound.
The second thing is the elegant harmony between the spaces, materials and forms and the timelessness of the nature that merges with the building, creating a gentle and restful ambiance.
You enter in the Villa Pia Mar by the main room, dining room and living room who open on the covered terrace, the pool and the sea.
The main Living-room is an open-airy great room that flows directly into the terrace, and the mesmerising views. It is composed with large sofas front of the pool, TV space. A second Living room serves also as a fully equipped TV room on the lower floor.
A sleek kitchen, equipped for a gourmet cook is adjacent to the interior dining room and just steps from the outside dining terrace.
The main bedrooms are on the upper level, reached by a staircase and consists of three king bedrooms or twins which have en suite bathrooms and every amenity guests could ask for. On the lower level you find the 4th en suite bedroom with a king bed which can be converted into twins ? ideal for children or a party of friends.
On the lower floor, you will find also on this level a fully equipped fitness room with a sauna and a jacuzzi.
On the roof top, the meetingpoint after a sunny day, it's time to take a drink in the sofa or for relaxing in the jacuzzi lookinf the stars.

One
of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa Pia Mar is the personalised
service provided by dedicated staff. Members of the large staff team
at Blue Time Emotion have all been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Estate manager
Pia Mar friendly manager is responsible for the overall operation of all
three properties on the estate. His job is to oversee and coordinate the
staff and property and to assist guests during their stay.
Butler
One butler take care of housekeeping and domestic duties from Monday until Friday, 3 hours/day.
Private Chef
Upon request, a highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare yours meals.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the pool look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

Your
villa manager, will have a wealth of information about places of
interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required.
Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can
give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of
local Altea life.
In the meantime, here's a taste of the many and varied activities on offer within reach of Pia Mar.
- Visit the old town, beautiful place with whites houses. Restaurants, bars. The view is fantastic. During the night, there's the summer market.
- For golf enthusiasts, the Don Cayo Golf Club (4km). Further afield (15km) Aitana Golf Course at Benidorm.
- A seafood or rice feast at Altea is a must for every holiday in Spain ? Various restaurant beach line and in the old town.
- Learn to kayak or stand up paddle at Campomanes Marina, a great place for beginners. The Bocana Sailing Point day courses and provides all the equipment.
- Greenwish Diving based in Marina Campomanes is an ideal activity for those who would like to witness marine life without having to scuba dive.
- Snorkelling is also good here.
- Aquatic Park in Benidorm (Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica)

Don't worry about packing all that cumbersome kids' equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don't have in-house, we can hire on your behalf.

As the villa experience is tailored to guests' preferences, dining choices are entirely up to you. The villa's kitchen and bar can be pre-stocked according to your wishes, you can have meals cooked by your personal Chef, or you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, staff are on-hand to deliver these to you. In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.Your private chef will be happy to create dishes to suit you and your party, from local specialities to home comforts.
