Overview

Located in the Sonalon area, nestling in the heights of Verbier, this chalet's elevated position affords it breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains and the village below.

Accommodation

The wonderfully bright open plan living and dining area is the height of alpine chic. Old wood and natural stones have been successfully combined with contemporary Italian furnishings and Swiss detailing to beautiful effect. The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped to cater for the most sophisticated dinner party.

Ice Dream is a true gem, lounge with your favourite tipple in front of a roaring fire or watch the sun set over the mountains from the outdoor hot tub.

On the ground floor is located a garage, with parking for one vehicle (with a further three exterior parking spaces); a boot room, with boot heaters; and a laundry area.
The first floor contains three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and seperate toilet is located at the front of the property. Also on this floor is a double bedroom (beds can be converted to twins); and a children's bunk room, with wonderful handmade beds and skylight window (sleeping two). Two of these bedrooms share a shower room with a toilet (the shower room doubles as a Hammam). The front two bedrooms have access to the balcony.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen are located on the second floor along with a further twin/double bedroom and separate shower room.
A large mezzanine area above the main living area has been set aside as a chill out space and TV room with low comfortable sofas.

One of the greatest advantages of staying in The Ice Dream is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff.
Chalet Ice Dream staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.

Manager
Your chalet manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.

Concierge
From your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local support in your destination for on the spot help.

Housekeeping Staff
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the chalet. There are luxury toiletries in all of the bathrooms as well as robes & slippers.

Pool Attendant
A full-time pool attendant ensure the spa look their best, without ever intruding on guests' privacy.

A highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, afternoon treats and superb evening meals. Our chefs will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay, be it a seven course evening meal or something simple and healthy (food and wine charged separately).

Driver Service
A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle (Volkswagen Caravelle or similar) operating between the hours of 8.30am until 2am. Please note that the driver service is within the resort only.

One of the top ski resorts in the world, Verbier is as famous for its glamorous nightlife as it is for its vast off-piste terrain and 400km of piste skiing.
Your villa manager will have a wealth of information about places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. Do also ask the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can give an interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of local life...

Menus can be tailored to suit your tastes - whether for simple, hearty dishes or delectable 7-course banquets. It's just like dining at the finest restaurant, within the privacy of your own home. And, at Chalet Ice Dream, everyone's needs are met, so if you would like a separate supper for the children, it's no problem.

Chalet Ice Dream prides itself on exemplary service, food and wine. The chalet offers an a la carte wine list where guests can pre-order their preferred wines from a renowned Verbier cave and any special requests can be accommodated should you wish the bar to be pre-stocked with any other favourites.

Children

Your chef will be happy to cook a children's supper for the younger ones in the group should they wish to eat a bit earlier too.

Once in the great outdoors, they will love the vast array of child-friendly activities on offer in Verbier.

The chalet hosts can arrange exciting husky rides, or ice-karting, as well as private ski or snowboarding lessons. You'll have the use of your own sledges too, for fun and games in the snow. They are also an excellent way to tow little ones around town!

The Chalet Ice Dream staff are experienced in arranging all aspects of childcare for guests. Whether your children require daily childcare, or just an evening of babysitting when you go out, professional English-speaking nannies can be arranged.

Eating & Drinking

There are plenty of lively, hip bars and clubs to appeal to the young and beautiful crowd in Verbier, maintaining the resort's reputation as a party town, but for those looking for something a bit more sedate, there are also a number of more sophisticated and civilised options.

There is also a good selection of restaurants in Verbier. Try Michelin-starred Chalet d'Adrien or for great steaks Ecurie has a traditional Swiss ambiance.

Up the mountain a personal favourite is Cabane Mont Fort, a proper old-school mountain refuge which stands out from most of the other cafeteria style restaurants dotted around the ski area. The food is excellent quality authentic mountain fayre, but it does get busy so it's worth booking a table.
