Overview
L' Alpage is a bright and spacious luxury penthouse apartment in one of Verbier's most enviable locations. The perfect family retreat for skiers of all abilities, the Medran lift is just a short five minute walk away, and the bottom of the Le Rouge piste is equal distance. There is a bus stop across the road which has a complimentary bus stopping every ten minutes.
Accommodation
Situated
on the first floor of this exclusive apartment building, guests enter
the apartment into the large open plan living and dining area. Retro
leather chairs and sumptuous sofas are focused around the central stone
fireplace. Large French windows open out onto a spacious balcony where
guests can enjoy breath taking views of the mountains beyond.
There is a
well equipped kitchen which is separated from the dining area by a bar.
The dining table can sit 12 people comfortably.
The master double
bedroom is also situated on this floor. Guests in this bedroom can wake
up to panoramic views as French windows open out onto the terrace. There
is an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and his and her sinks.
Moving
upstairs is the main sleeping area of the apartment. All the bedrooms
have access to a shared balcony; they are beautifully furnished and
extremely comfortable. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite
bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room which can sleep 4 people
in 2 double sized bunks and 2 single bunks. Across the hallway is a
separate shower room and w.c.

L' Alpage staff have been professionally trained and will do their
utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Manager
Your manager and staff will be on hand throughout your stay to pour
your morning coffee, serve dinner in the evenings and provide you with a
dedicated and highly personalised concierge service during your stay.
Private transfers, ski lessons and other in-resort activities can all be
organised via our team.
Concierge
From your first
phone call right through until you get back home we're on hand to help
with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard services from
spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through to more
challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to local
support in your destination for on the spot help.
Housekeeping Staff
A
discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the apartment. There
are luxury toiletries in all of the bathrooms as well as robes &
slippers.

A highly qualified private chef will be available to prepare breakfast, afternoon treats and superb evening meals. A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle (Volkswagen Caravelle or similar) operating between the hours of 8.30am until 2am. Please note that the driver service is within the resort only.

Your villa manager will have a wealth of
information about places of interest and will help arrange transport and

the fascinating aspects of local life...

And, at Chalet L' Alpage, everyone's needs are met, so if you would like a separate supper for the children, it's no problem.
L' Alpage prides itself on exemplary service, food and wine. The apartment offers an a la carte wine list where guests can pre-order their preferred wines from a renowned Verbier cave and any special requests can be accommodated should you wish the bar to be pre-stocked with any other favourites.
Children
Your chef will be happy to cook a children's supper for the younger ones in the group should they wish to eat a bit earlier too.Once in the great outdoors, they will love the vast array of child-friendly activities on offer in Verbier.
The apartment hosts can arrange exciting husky rides, or ice-karting, as well as private ski or snowboarding lessons. You'll have the use of your own sledges too, for fun and games in the snow. They are also an excellent way to tow little ones around town!
L' Alpage staff are experienced in arranging all aspects of childcare for guests. Whether your children require daily childcare, or just an evening of babysitting when you go out, professional English-speaking nannies can be arranged.

Eating & Drinking
There are plenty of lively, hip bars and clubs to appeal to the young and beautiful crowd in Verbier, maintaining the resort's reputation as a party town, but for those looking for something a bit more sedate, there are also a number of more sophisticated and civilised options.There is also a good selection of restaurants in Verbier. Try Michelin-starred Chalet d'Adrien or for great steaks Ecurie has a traditional Swiss ambiance.
Up the mountain a personal favourite is Cabane Mont Fort, a proper old-school mountain refuge which stands out from most of the other cafeteria style restaurants dotted around the ski area. The food is excellent quality authentic mountain fayre, but it does get busy so it's worth booking a table.
