Eating & Drinking
There
are plenty of lively, hip bars and clubs to appeal to the young and
beautiful crowd in Verbier, maintaining the resort's reputation as a
party town, but for those looking for something a bit more sedate, there
are also a number of more sophisticated and civilised options.
There
is also a good selection of restaurants in Verbier. Try
Michelin-starred Chalet d'Adrien or for great steaks Ecurie has a
traditional Swiss ambiance.
Up the mountain a personal favourite
is Cabane Mont Fort, a proper old-school mountain refuge which stands
out from most of the other cafeteria style restaurants dotted around the
ski area. The food is excellent quality authentic mountain fayre, but
it does get busy so it's worth booking a table.
