What is the maximum capacity of your villas ?

For each villa the maximum capacity is stated on the villa's description page and on the amenities table. NB This number includes children and infants.

How to Book your Holiday ?

When you reserve your vacation mention to our team all your needs and requirements for a perfect stay. They regularly visit all properties and they can answer all your questions and point you in the right direction.

After choosing a Villa how do I book my Holiday ?
Once you have made your choice, we require you to fill in the reservation request.

Select the weeks you want plus the number of occupants, then click O.K.

Our team will then contact you to ascertain your full requirements and post you a booking form.

The Booking Form must be filled in correctly with full names, passport number/Identity card number of all party members and signed by a representative of the group.

On the Booking Form you have the opportunity to tick the box marked "I am open to alternatives" If your chosen Villa is not available, we will suggest other options that meet your criteria.

Make your confirmation payment (if booking more than 8 weeks before departure, a 50% deposit is sufficient to confirm your villa. Full payment of the balance is then due 60 days before arrival in the villa.

If you are booking less than 8 weeks before departure, payment of the full amount is required at the moment of confirmation).

Payment for the booking?

Payment of both the deposit and the balance may be made in Euro, UK Pounds Sterling, or US Dollars. You may pay this by credit card or by bank transfer.

N.B. You can select your currency when you confirm your request. You will not be able to change currency for the balance once you have paid the deposit.

Must I pay charges for household damages ?

A charge will be requested by bank transfer or credit card seven days after your departure to cover damages incurred during your stay.

What Happens on Arrival ?

A "Meet and Greet" will be held by your Villa Representative at 17h on your day of arrival.

If your arrival is prior to this time, we will do our utmost to ensure that your Villa is ready for you, so please inform us of your actual arrival time.

If you arrive later please contact our booking team, as additional charges may apply at certain destinations.

Is it possible to arrive and/or depart on any day of the week or do you have a set arrival-departure day ?

Most of our villas are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. There may be some flexibility in this regard for some properties, particularly in the low season. If you prefer to travel mid-week, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are your villas safe for children ?

Many of our villas are perfect for families with children. Usually, when we feel they are not, we add a note in the Think About section ?Know for? on each villa page. Those villas we recommend as family villas (please see our children's villas collections) have been tried and tested by numerous families with children. We will of course give you as much info as possible in this regard should it be a concern for you - just let us know your requirements.

Do I need Holiday Insurance ?

We strongly advise taking out insurance at the same time as booking your stay.

Many credit card companies include holiday insurance, as do many other General Insurance Companies so check these first.

We suggest your insurance covers, all cancellation fees, plus medical coverage for all accidents,also repatriation, theft (including luggage) and civil liabilities.

The Company we recommend is Mondial Assurance, who provide coverage for all of the above.

Do you only arrange accommodation ?

No, we will also be happy to arrange a series of add-ons and enriching experiences for you, including in-villa deliveries, in-house cooks, private drivers and transfers, helicopter rides, excursions, speedboat and yacht hire and many other things. What's included - amenities and extra services ?

For complete information about amenities please see the individual pages of the villas you are interested in: each has a full amenities table, specifying what is included and what is available on request.

Is electricity included ?
Electricity is included in the rental price. We do ask guests to use electrical appliances and lighting in a responsible, ecological manner, making sure, for example that outside/garden lights are turned off during the day and that air-conditioning units are turned off when leaving the property or when windows are open.

Is gas included ?
Gas for cooking and heating is included in the price of your rental, except where otherwise specificied.

Is water included ?
Yes, water is included in the rental price.

Is cleaning included ?
All our villas have a weekly clean included, ensuring that your villa will be clean when you check-in. If you are staying two or more weeks you will also have a clean and change of bed linen/towels included every 7 days. Many villas also have one or more cleans included during the week while others have daily cleaning included. At the vast majority of villas it is possible to organise extra cleaning on request for a small extra fee.

Are sheets and towels provided ?
Yes. On arrival you will find all the beds made up and towels for all your party. However not all our villas provide beach and pool towels.

How often are sheets and towels changed ?
Generally, sheets and towels are changed once a week. In some villas you may request an extra change during the week, for which there will be a small charge payable locally.

Will I be able to access the Internet at my villa ?
The vast majority of our villas now have some form of Internet access, either an ADSL connection (with or without Wi-Fi), a 3G Wi-Fi router or a mobile broadband dongle/key. How often will my villa be cleaned during my stay ?
Many of our villas have daily cleaning as standard. Others have cleaning every other day and some include one weekly clean. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, just say the word and we will organise it for a small extra charge, paid locally. To find out how often your villa will be cleaned, check on the amenities table of each villa.

Is it possible to have a cook at my villa ?
Yes, in the vast majority of our villas, we will be happy to arrange the services of a cook for you. Please see our Think Experience pages or contact us for more details. In various villas the services of a cook are included in the rental price.
