Overview
Villa Jardin des Senteurs is One of the three
independent villas which make-up the private Palmeraie estate, this
striking family villa sits in gorgeous gardens of olive and orange
trees, lavender banks, and long lawns studded with date palms.
Accommodation
The
newly built Villa Jardin des Senteurs stands in 5,000 square metres of
gardens filled with lavender, orange blossom, bougainvillea and olive
trees.
This is a private retreat, which can sleep up to six
guests and cannot be seen from Villa La Palmeraie. The interiors, which
have a contemporary Moroccan feel, have been designed by Philip Hooper
from Sibyl Colefax and John Fowler.
The house features many souk finds, which include Berber benches, wooden carved doors, antique pots and Beni Ourain rugs.
The
villa has a 12.8 metre pool with loungers and Indian daybeds, a large
sunken berber tent for evening drinks, a dining terrace overlooking the
pool, a sitting/dining room with open fire and a stand out domed ceiling
with bespoke Moroccan bauble lights.

des Senteurs Villa staff have been professionally trained and will do
their utmost to please with their warm and friendly hospitality.
Manager
Your
villa manager Maria and staff provide you with a dedicated and highly
personalised concierge service during your stay. Private transfers and
other in-resort activities can all be organised via our team.
Concierge
From
your first phone call right through until you get back home we're on
hand to help with all aspects of your trip. We can assist with standard
services from spa treatments and restaurant reservations right through
to more challenging and unique requests. You'll also have access to
local support in your destination for on the spot help.
Housekeeping Staff
A discreet daily housekeeping service is provided at the villa.
Private Chef
Our
house cook prepares a daily changing menu featuring Moroccan and
European dishes made with locally grown seasonal produce and comforting
classics for younger guests. You will be able to choose your dishes from
a wide choice of menus.
Our chef will work with you or your staff to create the perfect menu for your stay (food and wine charged separately).

Driver
A dedicated chauffeur and vehicle from 10am to 8pm. Please note that the driver service is within the resort only.

Jardin des Senteurs is in an exclusive area of the Palmeraie, where
small houses are hard to come by. It is located 15 minutes from
Marrakech's vibrant Medina and souks and 12kms from Menara airport.
Activities close to Alkhozama include horse riding, camel riding,
go-karting and golf. Guides can be arranged for those who wish to
explore the centre of Marrakech and its many souks. Day trips to the
Atlas Mountains, 40km from Alkhozama, can also be arranged including a
one or two hour mule trek and a country lunch.

Maria,
your villa manager who has been at Jardins des Senteurs for over ten
years will have a wealth of information about places of interest and
will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. Do also ask
the staff about the area too. Most will live nearby and can give an
interesting insight into some of the fascinating aspects of local
life...
Carefully curated selection of activities and excursions are designed to highlight the region's landscape and culture.
She
is on hand to organise activities and excursions, including tours of
the Medina, shopping trips, horse riding, yoga lessons and visits to the
Atlas Mountains.

Knowing that the kids can run around happily, independently and safely, without you having to worry about other guests, is a real plus - and one that means parents are certain to have a more relaxed holiday too.The team of friendly staff at Jardin des Senteurs villa will make children feel as welcome as adults, and having these willing helpers on hand gives guests plenty of flexibility and freedom to do their own exploring the villa grounds (full-time babysitting incurs a small extra cost).
Don't worry about packing all that cumbersome kids' equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need, and anything we don't have in-house, we can hire on your behalf.

As the villa experience is tailored to guests' preferences, dining choices are entirely up to you. The villa's kitchen and bar can be pre-stocked according to your wishes, you can have meals cooked by your personal Chef, or you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace, staff are on-hand to deliver these to you. In addition, pre-set menus can be arranged, which is perfect for those celebrating a special occasion or event at the villa.Your private chef will be happy to create dishes to suit you and your party, from local specialities to home comforts. Please note food and drinks will be charged for separately.
