On land

Just steps from your villa or suite are a multitude of options for sports and recreation.

Croquet
The Red Queen in "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" had her own chaotic rules for croquet (we think flamingos were involved). However, croquet is a game of strategy. Each player is trying to manoeuvre both their own and opponent's balls to make points for their side, while restricting their opponent's chances of doing the same by careful positioning the balls at the end of the turn. Try it yourself.

Boules
Great food, traditional drinks and gentle sport... a simple evening with family and friends with a game of Petanque under our moonlit Boulodrome while sipping a glass of wine, Ricard or a cold glass of beer accompanied by a wooden platter of freshly sliced saucisson and artisan cheeses!

Tour de la digue
Start your tour by heading 1.67 miles (4 kilometers) along the coast with an incredible view of Félicité Island; or head 2.48 miles (2.7 kilometers) to Anse Source d?Argent and while on the way stop at Chez Jules for lunch. Say hi to the giant turtles at the Union State Park and finish your tour at Grand Anse with its dramatic waves perfect for photos and body-surfing.

Nature Hike
The top of the island and Félicité's majestic six Coco de Mer are only 90 minutes away. Our chefs prepare pastries, fresh fruit, coffee and tea for the extra energy before your hike. It's an experience suitable for families that want to spend some quality time together, but it is also a very romantic experience for couples seeking adventure.

Organic Garden
Did you know that we grow herbs and vegetables in our organic garden? If you'd like to learn more, we can take you on a tour around the organic garden and guide you through all the different herb and salad varieties before serving them up for dinner.

Turtle Hatching
We are very happy to have turtles nesting on our beach every year. Nesting season is from October to February and our GEMs will notify you when the turtles start to hatch, so that you can join our turtle team of hosts on the beach. They are there to make sure that the little hatchlings have a safe first journey to the ocean.

Beach Volleyball and Badminton
Choose your preferred sport and challenge your friends and family, or fellow guests, to a fun-filled volleyball or badminton match on our beachside court.

Fitness
The Fitness Centre overlooks the Indian Ocean, offering a view of the crystal clear waters below. Complimentary exercise wear is provided, including shorts, shirts, gym shoes and socks. Personal training with certified trainers is available by reservation.

On the water

Beach
The beach at Petite Anse is among the most beautiful in Seychelles, therefore the world! This sheltered, horseshoe-shaped bay is perfect for relaxing, exploring the water and trying your hand at new sports.

Surfing
With an expert Tropicsurf instructor guiding your every move, anybody can experience the thrill of gliding across the water. Beginners can start off with the basics in the Resort, and move onto bigger waves at beaches close by, further along the coast.

Stand-Up Paddle
Explore the calm waters of the sheltered, horseshoe-shaped bay with an invigorating stand-up paddle tour. Hire a board and receive a simple lesson before heading out  to enjoy a great workout for arms and core muscles, while taking in a new, spectacular angle of the Resort.

All Tropicsurf activities are chargeable, except a complimentary 30-minute Stand Up Paddleboarding class every Wednesday.

Marine Education
Just metres from the white sand shores of Petite Anse bay, a world of marine discovery awaits you at our Coral Cabana! Located at the main beach entrance, adjacent to the swimming pool and Kannel restaurant, come and explore all that the underwater world of Seychelles has to offer with our marine education and conservation specialists, WiseOceans.

At the Coral Cabana, the team of WiseOceans Marine Educators are always on hand ready to chat about the marine life of Petite Anse bay or, for those with a more adventurous streak, to take you on a wonderful guided snorkel to see what lies beneath the enigmatic surface. The Marine Educators also deliver regular open talks on marine life, and conduct research into the health of the reef to support marine conservation efforts by the Seychelles Government. There are various snorkelling options for you to choose from: whether it is a snorkel lesson for a beginner, a leisurely snorkel tour, or a scientific survey snorkel for those hoping to contribute to coral reef conservation in the Seychelles, the Marine Educators are available daily, ready to tailor your guided snorkelling experience to your requirements.

In 2015, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and WiseOceans were proud to launch the Petite Anse Reef Restoration Project, which aims to transplant 16,000 coral fragments to a designated one hectare of reef. This is achieved by taking small broken fragments and transferring them to specially designed metal supports that hang in our in-water Coral Nursery before being transplanted to the reef. Trouloulou's Club is dedicated to children between the ages of 4 and 11.

For guests looking for an evening without the kids, or someone on hand to help throughout your stay, babysitting services are available, with all team members having completed specialized children's First Aid courses. These services are available for an extra fee.

Six Senses Zil Pasyonoffers maximum privacy to its guests, with thirty villas spaced purposefully around the island. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of this unique setting with in villa dining. Offered throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is no tray charge for this service. Meals are served on the outdoor terrace, with a beautiful setup that allows maximum relaxation and enjoyment in the comfort of your home away from home.

SPA

This impressive spa is perched atop and between towering boulders and offers a wide range of holistic wellness, rejuvenation and beauty treatments administered under the guidance of expert therapists and visiting practitioners. The spa features five individual villas, sauna and steam rooms, a yoga and meditation pavilion and an elevated open-air saltwater pool with a sundeck. Nearby the spa, a modern gym features cardio equipment, weights machines and functional training elements where guests can enjoy great fun workouts at all levels.
