The luxury 10 bedroom Villa Le Vallon is a brand new contemporary
holiday villa, short walking distance to the village La Croix Valmer and
approx.10km to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro.
The
luxury villa has a stunning sea view over the Golden Islands and wine
yards. The villa is in a very quiet environment and is composed of a
main villa and 3 luxury apartments.
Accommodation
Surrounded by lush gardens, Villa Le Vallon is a newly constructed property situated in the attractive seaside town of La Croix-Valmer, just south-west of St Tropez. The beautiful sandy beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro are close by and there are wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards and across to the Golden Islands.
Constructed in contemporary style, with attractively decorated interiors furnished with many designer pieces, the property is made up of a main villa and three independent apartments which can accommodate up to 20 guests in total.
Set over three levels and with five double bedrooms, the main villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. On the ground floor, the entrance hallway opens into a large, light-filled living space with two sitting areas, a fireplace, a dining area and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms open onto the terrace with views across the pool and gardens towards the Mediterranean.
On the first floor is the master bedroom and two double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms, terrace access and sea views. A further two double bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor and share a shower room. One of these rooms has direct access onto a patio area with an olive tree. Also on this level is a cinema room and laundry area.
Set apart from the main villa are three independent apartments each with its own private entrance, secluded terrace, sitting area and fully-equipped kitchen. Apartment One has two double bedrooms each with its own ensuite shower room, Apartment Two has two double bedrooms with shared shower room and Apartment Three has one double bedroom with ensuite shower room. All of the bedrooms in both the main villa and the apartments have king size beds.
Outside, shaded terraces and secluded patios lead down to the infinity pool with integrated Jacuzzi and the surrounding gardens with sun loungers set on the lawned area flanking the pool. There are two outdoor dining areas and a pool house with barbecue, shower and WC.
Villa Le Vallon is air-conditioned and has WiFi internet, Satellite TV and an indoor/outdoor sound system. The property is alarmed and has two entrances with electric gates and an intercom system. There is a garage with parking for two vehicles and outside parking for a further five vehicles.
